I had been working on this platform for many years now. Completed hundreds of orders, had a rating of 4.3 (which is very good). Completed my last order with a 5-star review and a bonus but they terminated my account with simply one email that my work quality has not been good. I emailed them back asking for specific reason but they dont seem to be concerned. They will do every thing to please the client but a writer who works tirelessly has no value to them.
I am always requesting the only one writer to polish my works, and this time it was not an exception. He did everything as per instructions, fixed formatting and structure. He knows how it should be since it is his 8 order completed for me. And I am getting back to this service because I am sure each time for my works to be completed as I want them to be.

I got a message from a recruiter on LinkedIn about WriterBay. Just so you know I was ON MY OWN but i thought that "hey, why not give this a try?", because I have written a few academic articles and technical documentations before and it felt really good to share knowledge. So I signed up, passed all tests and submitted necessary documents, only for me to get rejected without a specific reason. In conclusion, It could be a waste of your time and it might also not be but for me, I am giving them a star, don't invite people to apply for something on your platform that they don't intend to and then reject them without giving specific reasons.

Firstly, we would like to bring to your attention that our Quality Assurance team distributes work in between all the interested writers for each of them to have equal amount of orders to complete. As for new writers, certain amount of time is needed for them to get used to our platform and specifics of orders' completion. Orders completed by new writers undergo a thorough check since we cannot compromise on the quality and as a result, we cannot give them as many orders as our regular writers receive.
Secondly, it is clearly stated on the website that it is needed to meet the minimum amount of $100 on balance to be withdrawn. This regulation is a fixed one by the Financial Department and cannot be changed or altered.
Thirdly, it is important to note that the number of available projects is updated on everyday basis and you can apply for as many of them as you find suitable for your schedule. In case a writer is working part-time on the website, they can receive less amount of work if to compare with those working full-time.

I do like how Writerbay cares about the level of skills and knowledge their writers have. For instance, after having some troubles with formatting, I got an explanatory email and a quiz to fill up the gaps in my knowledge. I got to know about the website from one of my friends and it took some time for me to check information about the platform and register since I was worried that I could do something wrong. Be prepared that you can be asked to provide additional information (I was sending better photos of my degree certificate and a photo of a marriage certificate), but afterwards my application was checked within 2 days and accepted. In general I like the platform since it is really user-friendly, just as for now there are not so many orders for me. But I guess that is because my speciality is in neurophysiology.

I've had decent experience with my previous order and pretty much everything went like I expected. It was not very complex and did not require a lot of research. It took me 6 pages and 2 days to get it done. There was a slight problem with 2 contradicting sets of instructions and the rubric was not uploaded at first. But support sent me the rubric in about 2 hours and removed the unnecessary instructions.

Overall, they are one of the greatest that I have worked with. I get to learn a lot along the way and I love that I am helping clients who are struggling. About the only criticism I have for them overall is some communication issues with clients and once in awhile even staff.
