Even though the support staff tries to be courteous, they are never helpful.
They block my order options every week for the sole reason that I am unable to create a Telegram account (even though I repeat this a hundred times that Telegram is Banned in my country). What is the point of this haste if someone (despite their best efforts) is unable to create a Telegram account?

They don't even reply in a timely manner. It's been four days, and I've been emailing and messaging their Helpdesk. Worst management.

My application was denied due to "evidence that my diploma was modified." Apparently, they use some "programs" and "experienced managers" who decided that the diploma image I uploaded was not real. However, all diplomas in my country can be verified on a government website, and I provided them with a screenshot. This is a ridiculous reason to deny an applicant. I could understand if I did not pass a test or the application essay was poorly written. However, denying a writer for "modifying diploma" without any objective evidence of such behavior is unprofessional. If there was any doubt about the provided file, your company could request some additional photos or even videos of the diploma. I am very displeased with your recruiting team. Please reconsider your managers and "software."

I recently went through the company's registration process which was fascinating especially the tutorials they provide on how the website operates, on plagiarism, and formatting. I would be happy to be part of this great team soon. I am extensively satisfied with their support team who acted fast in answering my interrogations during the registration process!
