I had used the site for a literature essay and it was a complete disaster.

After furnishing the writer with attachments of the reading materials (I even scanned the book), question paper and explicit instructions, I received a paper that totally did not answer the question.

It was not that it is a bad paper that did not meet my standards, it is a totally unusable paper which did not answer the question at all.

I asked for a review, this time typing the instructions step by step clearly. I had also repeatedly asked the writer if he received the attachments and if he understood the question and requirements. He replied that he was clear about it.

The review I received was worse than the first, I asked for poetry and he actually wrote about plays.

So after receiving 2 totally unusable paper, I am still in the process of requesting for a refund, 1 week after any form of communication from them.

Avoid this site at all cost, the writers are unreliable and incompetent. To not even be able to comprehend the question shows that they are not even remotely proficient in English. Take your money somewhere else.
