Hello, I want to inform that Wrist-Band scammed me. I ordered a product and they sent me a different one. I let them know that it was not what I had ordered and I even sent pictures to them to confirm that it was not the product that I had requested. They were never responsible. Wrist-Band initially answered my emails but they stopped doing it. I paid a lot of money for that product for nothing. This is a scam. I don't want that this happen to another people. We have to make consumers aware and let them know which companies are not responsible and do not work professionally. If anyone could help me find a place where I can file a complaint, I appreciate it in advance. You can write to my email *******@hotmail.com. I hope Wrist-Band doesn't delete this review.
I ordered on April 5 and paid for overnight delivery. Today is April 16 and have not received order. I tried to cancel and get refund and they state PPE product are not returnable. My argument is I have not received them to return them. I have since ordered from Groupons and have received same items and much cheaper. Fraud Company
I put a donation order over a month and half ago I still haven't received anything. I have been pressing for a refund at this point. After going back and forth for days the rep said the shipment had been sent so they couldn't refund. I went in the next day to track the package and the fedex order had been cancelled. The worst of the worst
Total Phonies. They advertise on their website that they have everything in house and they ship in 24 hours... lol. Well it's 8 days later, not even a tracking number. I called the company and got an inconsiderate *sshole on the phone and he told me that I should read the disclaimer on the website. Huh? Now I have to fight for the refund. Save yourself the hassle, this company is fugazy.
Ordered Sanitizing Gel and bottles. Took 2 weeks to get the 4 gallons of gel. Took 3-4 weeks and several calls to get the bottles. They blamed Fed Ex saying they didn't pick up the order. Once I got the bottles, I started working with the sanitizer. It is absolutely unusable. Your hands are left so sticky you have to go wash your hands. I called to let them know the product is defective and unusable. They will not make an exchange.

Ordered what what supposed to be standard size rubber gloves, got something totally different~they said Extra Large IS standard~they will not supply a shipping label so I can return for a refund~total run around~STAY AWAY FROM THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE.

I ordered 2 boxes of gloves, one size medium and one large. It took forever for them to arrive and I received 2 boxes of size medium gloves. Upon sending them a message and a photo of the two boxes, I was told to be patient they were busy. Then when they did respond they said I had to ship them back one of the boxes and I had to pay for the postage for the return. They won't send my correct order. Do not do business with them!
I ordered a hand sanitizer. Besides the fact that it was overpriced because of COVID. It arrived without the key to add the sanitizer. So I sent it back and they don't want to give me a refund and seem to expect me to do their jobs... PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. SEEMS TO BE A SCAM COMPANY.
I ordered somethng I needed urgently for someon'e funeral. I paid the extra for ovenight shipping. A week later it is still not here. They blame COVID because it is coming out of China. But they knew in advance that there was virtually no chance I was going to get that order. They should be honest. An important moment we planned to remember the tragic death of a 26 year-old was lost. Total disregaard for their customers.
Stay away from this website, They will keep charging your card without your permission and make everything very difficult.

Bought safety items on April 8th and paid 2 day air for guaranteed delivery for April 10th. Never said Out of Stock anywhere. Took my money and like pulling teeth to get my items. After 3 weeks of being jerked off i filed a dispute today with CC company. Look at my invoice posted. Arrival date of April 10th! Still has NOT shipped.
ORDER FROM ELSEWHERE! The Absolute WORST! Refused to credit my account.
NOT a Made in the USA company that is certain.

Did not receive the thermometers I ordered weeks ago but received a FedEx tracking number although the company never actually sent my products out to me. Shame on any company that has the nerve to scam physician offices during this horrific time. Shame on you Wrist-Band. Com. Advice to anyone looking at this company:

This company PROMISED a delivery date and they were TWO MONTHS LATE. The customer service is non existent, no one answers the phone or replies to emails. They flat out REFUSED to refund my order. (*When I finally did get someone on the phone) I would NOT USE THIS COMPANY for anything. Its a scam.
We ordered wrist bands a few months ago... satisfied with the quality.
A few weeks ago they sent us an email with a 10% off offer. Since we had a plan to order more, we went ahead and ordered a few hundreds more. Wrist-band.com always gives 10% discount on their website. Thought it'd be a good deal with the extra 10% email offer they sent us... but they insisted we can only use one. Anyways we just used the website automatic 10% off and ordered (expecting delivery next week). It showed we would get $12 credit (5% of last order) towards next order.
Right now, we were ready to order wristbands of different design and color. As I stated there is always the 10% discount on the website... but they refused to honor the $12 credit stating only one discount can be used!
This is purely false advertising!
When they called to follow up with the order I am trying to submit, I wanted to talk to a manager, the agent said I can do that through email.
I emailed asking how I can contact a manager, you can see their email response ( pls see pic).
Absolutely unprofessional!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Product is weak and customer services is awful. I spoke to 4 different people without any resolution. Save the headache.
With first order they got area code wrong side I had to stop shipment by canceling through my card second time i ordered large wrist bands They Sent Me Toddler Size! FOR A HUMAN TRAFFICKING CAMPAIGN! When i called they said too late its shipped... so $80 blew! DO NOT SPEND UR MONEY THERE!

1) Selling PPE equipment they never had;
2) Selling at exorbitant prices because they promise quick expedited deliveries;
3) You pay and your order never arrives;
4) Multiple emails inquiries push their fake delivery dates out over and over;
5) You can't reach anyone directly via customer service phone and the website's chat feature is outright fraudulent;
6) The product never ships;
7) They do not issue a refund;
8) I had to dispute the charge though my credit card company to get my money back many weeks later.
THIS IS A FULL SCAM.

Horrible experience purchasing from this SCAM company. Ordered gel sanitizer, received 19 gallons out of 22, the 19 received were NOT gel sanitizer but a yellow sticky liquid that leaked during shipping and damaged every single gallon i had ordered. Reached out to customer service providing pictures and videos multiple times and got the runaround for over 2 weeks until i disputed the charge with the credit card company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!
Called to purchase 18 Infrared Thermometers for our building openings during COVID-19. It was Tuesday, and I had to have thermometers for Sunday... no exceptions. I clarified with the young lady three times during our call that I needed them by Sunday. She guaranteed them to be delivered on Friday and that is what my email receipt stated... "FRIDAY DELIVERY", along with the date. On Friday by 4:00 PM. no fedex(their carrier). I tracked the package and it showed not to arrive until the following Wednesday. I contacted wrist-band several times to find a resolution and they made no effort to help. I explained once again that I had to have them on Sunday for our building openings. The laundry list of excuses was maddening as it was everyone's fault but theirs. It put me in a pinch, which I had to resolve another way. So I let these scammers know that I would need to refuse the package as I could not use them after Sunday. The first response back was an apology, with the words of"please refuse the package and have fedex RTS the package to me and we will reimburse your credit card". Today I get a letter from my credit card company saying the company was charging us. So get this... on top of the lousy service, they are trying to charge us the $881.00 for the product that I never touched and never had in my possession. Crooks! I'll beat this easily, just not sure if I just turn it over to an attorney and let them rack up a bill, or work through my credit card company. Don't use these scammers!
