The design was produced to our requirements and there were no problems changing it from the original as we made minor changes. They accommodated our building works as we waited for a start date. The kitchen arrived on time and delivery was excellent. It is receiving many positive comments and we are very happy with the result.
We don't usually like sales people but the person we dealt with was so laid back and designed the kitchen perfectly. It didn't even feel like a sale. The quality of the kitchen is brilliant. We were looking at other places before here but found ourselves so impressed by wren that we had to have that one!

Management is like a kindergarten where all kids are fighting for the "wand of power" without plans, clues or any idea how to handle an industry.
Production is always behind schedule due to machine break-downs, dust collector clogged, no trained operators and no professional maintenance technicians at all.
Quality is no more than a bunch of people trying to hide wooden panel imperfections with paint markers.
The HSE department is ruled by an inexperienced personnel who only care about everybody's hi-vi vest, but not about SOP, GMP, noise levels, dusty air quality, machine trainings, ergonomics...
Supervision does not exist, just some disrespectful and aggressive UK managers full of discrimination.
There's no communication either coordination between departments.
They're obviously lost, no business experience, not even common sense.
All employees are always complaining about missing overtime hours.
The design and choosing part in store was very professional. The display kitchens were well set out and the CAD generated kitchen took shape before your eyes. We had several visits to revise and look at other costed options. The delivery was no problem and we had no issue with missing items. We had one minor bit of damage which was sorted quickly. After the installation was complete we were delighted and the kitchen was very close to the CAD generated picture. Money well spent and a good buying experience.

The whole process from order to fitting and the cooking of our first meal was uncomplicated and professional. Wren came in best on price, value for money, efficiency and fitting date. They offer a wide range of quality, styling and design to suit all budgets. Six months on and everything is in tip top working order and the new kitchen far exceeds our expectations.

I am happy with my experience. My first installation was great, damages were resolved quickly. My second installation, the fitted great. Although Wren didn't inform them that they would have to some additional tasks like cutting a cupboard down to fit, the fitter did it no problem. He was fast and he did it to a good standard. There were a few damages which took several weeks to resolve but they resolved them in the end.

From design to installation everything ran smoothly. The kitchen was delivered on time with no damage, the fitter was fantastic and completed the work in 3 days and the quartz team were professional and installed the tops within half an hour. The kitchen was beautifully fitted into a very old house with beams and wonky walls and the quality and finish of the quartz work tops exceeded my expectations. Customer service was excellent, I was updated, telephoned and emailed throughout the process with timings, progress checks and to confirm that I was happy with the completed work.
I would definitely recommend Wren to a friend.
From the moment we stepped into Wren to the final interaction with them our journey has been flawless Knowledgeable kitchen designer (Lee at Lakeside), fast delivery, great product and aftercare. We've already recommended Wren to all of our friends.
They get your deposit and they become monsters! They never stick to their word. Things come late and incorrect and they insist you come into the store for THEM to rectify their own errors. They then require you pay more to make changes even if only minors amends are needed or it is their fault a mistake was made. There's always an extra cost! Worst manage ever is * He raised his voice at me and insisted my designer did not serve me! He should never be an employee let alone be a manager! Wren do absolutely nothing even after several written and phone call complaints!
Delivery drivers seems to work on a pathetic system. The delivery driver cannot take back incorrect items if what is delivered is wrong. You spend hours on the phone before being able to rearrange another delivery and pick up. All this causes delays in the work that is being done.

Even there own inspection recommend replacement and some four months later still no action or contact.
Please every one use an independent as you will get better service to rectify faults if any.
It took them 5 weeks to sort out leaking taps and numerous visits isjust one example
There have been delays, maybe due to a labor shortage.
Kitchen cabinets delivered October 2022.the actual date changed a couple times. Actual installation took a day, one person.a different guy came to finish up (cabinet handles, drawer pulls, adjustments)
During installation, a couple of damages were spotted and reported to Wren, replacements were sent.
At time of this writing, January 2023, a replacement tower awaits installation.
The customer service is attentive, but enacting a request can be slow.the installers can be difficult to obtain, but they're quite competent.the delivery teams are courteous, and mindful of dirtying your floors.
Our designer was quick to act on requests from us, overall the Wren personnel and the products are wonderful.the trouble-shooting teams have to coordinate better--i would get calls and emails from different people about the same issue!
I love the cabinets.sturdy, well-made, I got navy blue and I couldn't be happier!

Steve Brown at Mansfield was our planner and he listened to everything we wanted, then planned the kitchen. We talked over all the different options at every stage, VR. Was so helpful in making the final tweaks. Our fitter came and did a site visit 3 weeks before installation, putting my mind at rest about how this would be completed. Even the delivery team, who had to carry the kitchen up our small lane, as the van wouldn't fit where happy to put things were I wanted. ( it was a rainy day as well). After the installation was complete, the fitter inspected all the cupboards and work tops, three had very minor damage. But he ordered replacement and said when they had been delivered he would be back to replace them. The biggest bit for most people is the cost, my husband was very nicely surprised, and with 5 years interest free. I had my dream kitchen for Christmas, he has money in his pocket. It's a win win

As many others have stated, the initial experience with Wren was extremely positive. The ability to see and feel our kitchen choices was fantastic. That is where it all ended. We were sold a one stop shopping experience and unfortunately, it was anything but. Our design changed radically without clear explanations. We lost cabinet lighting and our frosted glass cabinets due to the incompetency of our sales rep. Our brand new dream kitchen was replaced with "what would fit". Still waiting on appliances and had to bring the ones we got, into the house on our own, assemble and place them. Sent an email to the store manager in Milford and was told, sorry, you have to call customer service!
Never, ever will I recommend Wren, Lance or Timothy to anyone. I will warn people to stay away!

Kitchen is super high quality - our designer did everything he could to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Not once did he try to upsell anything or make us think that we were just a sale to him. Great communication throughout - especially when one of our appliances was damaged! 1 hour after the fitter raised the issue to Wren they had sourced an alternative and I had a confirmation email with the new delivery date.
Started nice before they received deposit. After deposit been paid they ignore you when contacted. When I decided to cancel contract ( in terms and condition clearly states that up to 28 days before delivery date it is your right to do it) they pretend not to hear you and don't respond to your request, like they are waiting for time to pass that cool off period (28 days before date of delivery) to take your money.
And please don't give my generic response that you will investigate just cancel the contract.

She was so kind and helpful. We are pleased with everything and especially with all the help we received from WREN throughout to process. We had some damaged items during transportation but they all have been replaced with no hassle. So we are recommending wren to everyone who planning to do their kitchen.

From the first visit to design our kitchen in the Worthing showroom, through to: installation fitter's visit, teams that: dismantled old kitchen, delivery, installation, electrical and plumbing, waste collection, granite countertops template and fitting, install of composite sink, Wren's communication (email & telephone) from day 1 was above my expectations. Impressed with every 'trade person' and Teams. Highly recommend their service.
Answer: It was very easy to reach Customer service to change our delivery date and to report issues with cabinet doors. We received new doors relatively quickly.
Answer: I did my kitchen with Home Depot three years ago some of the things were so bad I had to replace it a whole kitchen Wren Kitchen solid thing
