Just love my kitchen.arrived on date expected Amazing quality great selection to see in showroom. There was much to like about Wren's service. Good communication and advice in the early stages and opportunities to make changes as necessary. The fit undertaken by Wren was reasonably straightforward and we are happy with the end product. But the fitter had advised that additional materials were required which were not ordered and therefore not provided at the time. This has led to significant delays in getting the extra materials provided and fitters back to complete the work. There was also some effort needed to persuade Wren to agree to remove waste from the site for a second time which could have been avoided had the work been undertaken as originally programmed.

From the moment I visited the Cardiff store,to the finished kitchen I felt like a valued customer, the young man who designed my kitchen, gave me lots of ideas,that I would never have thought of, and the 3D image room was amazing,...During the following visits, the designer checked the day's prices of the white goods, and if cheaper on that day reflected it on my overall price...The installer they suggested was brilliant,no problems at all...I would certainly recommend Wren to all needing a new kitchen.

First class. I had been to a few other showrooms but Wrens had quite a few more styles that suited me. I explained my taste and plan to my designer and she was on the same wavelength as me asap. Very easy to go through my design. Fitting was well organised and went well. You get what you pay for and I wanted this kitchen to last for my older years. I purchased at sale time so happy with price.i would certainly recommend Wren to all

From planning to delivery kept informed throughout, nothing was too much trouble. The after care service was exceptional. Would not go anywhere else.

Brilliant sales process, sales team very helpful in getting all our designed completed and adjusted when requested. Delivery team all good, very polite and helpful putting the items where needed.
The challenges is a number of items have arrived damaged, we are on attempt number 7 to get the last single item resolved. Despite that wren has worked with us to fixed their mistakes.
As we fitted the kitchen ourself it hasn't impacted us with fitters, it's just delayed us by two months getting it sorted and still waiting for the last item to be resolved.
