The worst customer service I ever experienced. I was asking some general questions about their policy and interested in using their service to fix an issue on my Wordpress account and the guy on the chat got really aggressive and rude saying that I was making things complicated, practically calling me stupid and incompetent and said I'm high maintenance and didn't want my service. Ive never been so disrespected when I was just asking a few questions. I've reached out to the manager addressing the way I was treated and he too got rude and aggressive over our email conversation and refused for me to speak to his superior and said they dodge a bullet after I refused their free service, based of what I experienced and repeatedly being disrespected and my phone calls ignored. This place lacks a sense of professionalism and I would not trust giving them your account information! I reached out to the ceo and he to failed to contact me. BE CAREFUL! LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS! DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!
