Answer:
This is as close to a scam as a legitimate business can be. Their splash page promises to fix most issues for $39. I had a couple of small issues (such as hiding the titles on my pages). The tech told me everything that I listed would cost $250. I told him to forget it and refund my $39 (charged upfront). This is where they tell you that their policy is that you have to pay $19.99 for them to tell you how much it's going to cost to fix your site. No exceptions, no excuses. I am offended by this business model.
