I purchased the Natural Color Body wave Brazilian Virgin Hair Glueless Full Lace Wigs[GFL11] in 18" cap #7. Firstly the wig appeared lovely at first glance. However with further inspections the entire wig Wefts were split in half making the wig super THIN and exposing the wig cap. As a result, the wig has started to tangle in the nape area. I had ordered this wig in mid september and started wearing in the beginning of October. The wig now has bald spots and might I add, I've been wearing wigs for years so I know how to effectively care for a unit. This doesn't live up to the reviews I've seen.

Another point.
The Wowafrican website doesn't post any negative reviews submitted and they ship from China! Contrary to saying that they are located in the U. S

Just wanted to follow up on what happened with this company. I was contacted and asked to send pictures of this disgusting hair. After the pictures were sent they tried to tell me because the hair had been died... I damaged it. But what they didn't know is that the blonde hair was actually mine. They then went on to say because I straighten it,, I damaged it... once again it had to be straighten so that I can wear the ponytail until it was replaced.

I then received a email saying they could not determine from pictures... my question to them. Why ask me to send pictures... I was offered a discount on another order and was asked to mail the hair back once I took it out.

Bottom line these people are real scammers and think that Americans are stupid. They don't care about taking and wasting our money. I will be posting a video shortly showing what this hair is. My advice is to not buy hair from this on line scamming company. They sit back and sell poor products and laugh.

I saw a youtube review on the following lacewig: Natural Color Water Wave Brazilian Virgin Hair Glueless Full Lace Wigs[GFL12]

A youtube "guru" had it on and it looked nice. Long story short, I ordered it and unless the reviewer had on the wrong wig and gave the wrong item information, I was scammed. I ordered a small wig cap but the wig cap I received was big making it pucker in the back. It looks like I had on a hairy helmet. Also, the hair texture is different than what I saw on youtube. The reviewer's wig hair texture looked softer, mine look a dry jerry curl. I think WowAfrican and some other companies like that one send youtube "gurus" free wigs of higher quality than they actually sell to consumers. I am highly disappointed as I spent over $230 for my wig. They lost a good customer because I pay money to look nice. However, I will not give my money to them anymore!

I received a package at my office-I did signature required-So delivery is not lost.

At home: I opened the box-the plastic bag (I thought to myself-It smells like plastic!). I removed the hairnet and the paper stuffing. I ordered Color 4-But that was not the Color 4 shade that I am use to wearing. It has 2 inches hair around perimeter (considered baby hairs), but that was 2 inches of cut hairs. I tried it on and the cap was too big. Cap construction is stretchy, it had three comb clips and two hook clips. I has a sticking feeling on my neck and shoulder areas. Id ran my fingers through the unit, but that did not work and I used my wide tooth comb.

I took the package to my hairdresser; to wash, deep conditioned, and cut the lace around the perimeter. The unit was air dried for hours; but no wavy curls returned. It looked like a large furry ball and already the nape was nappy and bunching. (Everyone was laughing; my hairdresser said this is NOT Virgin hair, its a blended hair wig. The unit has a lot of 2 fly-a-ways hairs all over the construction of the wig. She eventually had to blow dry the hair and curled it. She said Nichole, this is NOT VIRGIN hair, you know what blended hair is like. You have been defrauded girl out of your money of$389.00. She is a great hairdresser with a large Client list; no matter what she did, blended hair is blended hair. It did not take long for the hair to be kinky, and bunching at my nape area with a scratchy feeling. I paid her fee with my discount of $105.00. ($389.00-Unit and $105.00-Salon fee-There will always be additional investment to any units).

I got home four and a half (5.5) hours later (like a part-time job and Im not being paid), and the hair looked like a giant crab was on my head. It had legs stretching out, while in-between was nappy and bunched up. Am I upset-Livid is more like it-I only spent 1 hour out after my hair was done at the salon.

I bought a silk top full lace Brazilian Wavy Virgin Hair for $389.00-Instead you sent me a blended hair wig of some sort. I asked for your Customer Service telephone number for questions several times, but was ignored.

This is not acceptable. As a Company - WowAfrican.com in China doing business in the USA-This is not proper business procedures. Your Company-Wowafrican need to fulfill your obligation and send me the silk top full lace Brazilian Wavy Virgin Hair for $389.00 that I paid for. Or send me a silk top full lace Brazilian Straight Virgin Hair in the Natural color-I will color, cut and style the unit to my satisfaction.

The hair arrived in a very timely manner, it took about 2 or 3 days. The bundles looked exactly like the photos on the website and everything arrived in good condition. I am a stickler for packaging when it comes to shipping hair and I have to say that so far out of all the companies Ive received hair from this company has the best shipping method and presentation. The hair arrived in a basic brown box with the company logo and inside the box the bundles as well as the closure were individually packaged and labeled into their own plastic slip covers.
Both the bundles and the closure did not have any strong or unpleasant scent to them and felt uber soft and silky upon initial touch. My fingers glided through all the hair with ease and I experienced no shedding while finger combing. I did happen to see a few gray hairs in the bundles but not much, probably about 2 strands. The hair has a medium to high luster (shine) which I dont mind but I more so prefer low luster hair because it is more realistic in my opinion
The closure that came with this set was also a nice surprise because the lace that was used is invisible and virtually undetectable once installed, you can actually skip out on using concealer with this closure. It also came with a middle part already placed into it. The closure was soft and silky just like the bundles so it blends perfectly. It was also extremely easy to install and constructed very well.
