The little cold frame was sized as described. My complaint centers on a few things. (1) the little wire tie downs are virtually worthless in my windy location. I will make my own. (2) website does not say you need to seal pieces with PE tape. (3) website does not say you need to seal pieces with suitable caulk. Finally, lack of written assembly instructions (pictures are just not good enough), especially when assembly pictures do not say you have to put assembly screws through the polycarbonate material for them to fit properly.
I purchased the Palram Canopia Victory Chalet and asked to return it prior to shipping due to finding many reviews on other sites showing the greenhouse collapsing and breaking during low winds. I told World of Greenhouses that I wanted to purchase a more durable Janssen's/Exaco greenhouse that is more durable and at least 3x more expensive. They took over a week to refund my first purchase and charged me a 5% restocking fee that they said they wouldn't be charging me. Why would I want to spend even more money here?
I was very pleased with the "real" chat service. I had several questions before I made my purchase. Every question was answered. And afterwards I received an email from a representative to assist me in customizing my order.
It arrived safely at my front porch area. I brought the package in and opened it to find all the parts neatly packaged and labeled with instructions so I began to assemble it completely in about an hour...
I ordered an Ascent 8 x 16 Greenhouse which should be been able to be assemble in three days and two months later it is assembled with some damaged parts. After discovering my shipment was damaged, I phone Work of Greenhouses. The sales rep told me to send a list of damaged parts which I did. He turned my over to Grandio Greenhouses, who manufactures the greenhouses and i have NOT heard from him since. After receiving more damaged parts and MANY missing parts, I have assembled the greenhouse but not with quality pieces, even shipped panels and replacement aluminum pieces were dented and scratched. If I had waited for every piece to be acceptable, I'd be waiting until next spring. The representative from Grandio was helpful but not happy with me. If I were doing this over again, I would not order from either. UPS may be partially responsible for damages but VERY POOR packaging was the main reason. The greenhouse looks nice if you don't look carefully at the scratches and dents. I'd never pay that much or a greenhouse from these people again! If I could have returned it and gotten a full refund I would have!
I received my product (planter table) within 4 weeks of ordering in September 2020. I can't complain about that too much considering we are in a global pandemic. The product is quite sturdy and it was not too difficult to assemble. Everything arrived in good shape and no parts were missing.
Customer service response to my one email was a bit slow and impersonal in my opinion. I would have appreciated a signature block at the bottom of their response email so I knew who I was talking to. I also think the company should let us know when something has shipped, and they should not charge credit cards until it has shipped. They indicated they would provide ahipping information when I made the purchase, but I was clueles as to when, or even if it shipped until I inquired.
I saw many negative reviews comcerning this company's customer service before I placed my order, but I also saw some ones. I really hope they will work to address customer concerns. Regardless, based on my OVERALL experience, I WOULD buy from this company again. The planter table met my needs perfectly at a reasonable price.
The ordering process was very easy over the phone. I planned to be on vacation so I asked them to hold off delivery until I returned. They prepped the order and got the shipping order started for delivery on my need date. They kept me posted the whole time. I like doing business this way.
I was able to put it together by myself in a couple hours, and it turned out great! I was concerned because it seemed soft, but all in all everything was wonderful!
That is my first greenhouse. I wanted it as a present for my mom. I fully satisfied with it and my mom as well. It compact and greatly fits her flowers.
Been waiting for my order to ship. Ordered it over a week ago and nothing. Will not be buying anything in the future if this doesn't get corrected quickly
Awesome company to work with. The only problem was that the packages are sent via USPS and my mailperson doesn't like anything larger than a letter so the packages were left blocking things to the point of not being able move them without a lot of difficulty. Obviously not a problem with Grandio, just more lousy service from the Post Office.
This was so easy to complete inventory was right on and the directions were easy to read and understand but i would like to tell future customers to stick to the directions don't jump ahead like i did you will just end up doing twice

This is a very large rain barrel, but it's easy to maneuver so the installation is not difficult. It comes with the hardware, solid brass spigot. I set it on a concrete, 24" x 30" pad, after leveling, tamping and putting down a paver pad so it will stay level. It's perfect. Well worth the investment and the time to install. Love it! Thank you!
We ordered the basic Juwel coldframe model, which was out of stock. World of Greenhouses substituted the newer (more expensive) model at no additional charge and was very courteous in communication and prompt in shipping and delivery. Thanks for helping our seedlings out!

I placed an on-line order for item number IS ******* which is an 8' H x 8' W x 10' L Spring Gardner Gable Greenhouse. The package came today but is not the right item that I ordered. I received item IS ******* which is the 6 ft x 8 ft x 7 ft.
I would like to receive the item that I paid for and I am hoping that this mistake gets resolved promptly.

Any and all problems whether minor or not were handled cheerfully and promptly. This companies staff was very familiar with the product and explained the steps required for delivery clearly.
Answer: I don not believe this is a legit company. They took our money and we have not received any product. They have also not returned phone calls or emails. Do Not Purchase from World of Greenhouses. This is a scam.
