That said it all-thanks! I'm a 5' tall 65 year old woman and it was easy to just follow the visual and brief, written directions. I did it all by myself! It's perfect for the space I have.

Personal interest in my order by telephone call. I haven't received my order yet but was given directions for shipping damage review. We'll see.

I haven't assembled the green house yet. The package was in very rough shape when it arrived. Hope all the pieces are there. I looked inside the box and the quality appears to be good.

Company provided excellent service and great communication. The greenhouse was shipped amazingly fast. Everyone can transact with this company with complete confidence!

The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the directions.
Thankfully, my husband is very talented at putting things together as the direction are not correct on a few things.
But Love the final product.

The staff were professional and helpful.

When assembling it was quick and easy but tie down was broken. Where you tie the string. I am afraid the others will break easily with the slightest breeze.

Staff were helpful and courteous, understood my situation requiring delayed shipping to Paradise, ca. Very responsive to my e-mails.

Easy to assemble and well made with thick material covering the framework, I would purchase from the company again an get to know the whole family and spend the holidays

So far so good... still have to assemble it but I wish they had stayed more in contact with me as to rather it had shipped and when I could expect it.

I have not put together my greenhouse yet but I want to give the company kudos on the shipping! I needed it as soon as I could and I got it within 3 days!

It's my first greenhouse from here. I Completely happy with it and my family also. It is small and suits very well with my flower plants.

Prompt shipment. Greenhouse kit had everything you need to set up your greenhouse. Very detailed instructions. Did take two days to put up. You need two people to build.

Had a problem with the website. Called the company. I was helped very quickly and received my order within two days

Great customer service. Easy to follow direction and to build. I would order from them again. Fast delivery.

The plastic panels had corners bent - this made construction of the unit harder. Needs to upgrade its shipping

I ordered my greenhouse getting the best discount I could find that day. I was blown away when it came by UPS in 2 days. No tax. No freight.

Paid for item over ten days ago. I have not even received a shipping notice shouldn't take that long to put something in shipping.

I ordered 2 urn planters. They arrived quickly and the packaging was great. Absolutely no damage. I would definitely ordered from them again.
