Allen did an amazing job with the ring I ordered! I had to reach out and make some last minute changes and they were very responsive. They gladly helped me make that happen and I was still able to receive my ring for the date I was expecting it. I have never bought fine jewelry online but this was the smoothest experience. My ring is beautiful and I could not be happier with the service and the results I received from World Jewels.

This journey pendant is everything. I love the simplistic yet elegant look. The communication between the jeweler and us was clear and efficient we got what we ordered. He made sure to accommodate my request for a longer chain.

Total SCAM! Run away from this business! Purchased diamond trinity studs for a birthday gift 4 weeks prior to the birthday party. Contacted Allen at World Jewels 3 weeks later asking for an order update and he assured me the order would be overnighted before Dec. 6th and would likely ship out on the 4th. Come Dec. 4th, I contact him again to ask for a shipping update and he did not respond and on the 5th I was caught in a bind and had to go to a local jewelry store to pick up a gift. This business is a total scam.

Bought item 6/27, saw item 8/27, returned item 8/29, no refund 10/26... Filed case with PayPal, World Jewels tried to convince me in order to get refund they had given on 9/7 that I would have to cancel the PayPal claim against them. PayPal said this is their bread and butter scam, they convince people to cancel their claims so they do not have any other option to get their refund! Will be filing a complaint with the FTC as well as every single forum online I can find!

I'm in total awe, this is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. It's perfect, it's me and it's timeless. The attention to detail from the band to the most perfect diamond in the center.
My fiancé really outdid himself here!

I am writing my review because of the customer service rep that I had through the entire process, Allen Rashtian. I was so worried about spending $1,500.00 for an online order of a ring I only could see a picture of, but through email and phone calls, Allen walked me through it. I didn't realize that my ring would not be made until they received my order so the 2 week wait for it made me nervous. When I did receive it, it was absolutely beautiful and just what I wanted... but it didn't fit. It was supposed to be a size 6 but it wouldn't go over my knuckle. Not sure what to do about the size, I took it to my local jeweler for advice since he would be setting the center stone. He said he couldn't set the stone because the prong (or head) that holds the center stone wasn't big enough to hold my diamond. So I went back home very disappointed and sent an email to Allen. He said it could be re-sized and a bigger prong could be put on but I was concerned about the other diamonds becoming loose if it was re-sized. Then I worried that if I did lose a stone and had to send it back in, it would have my 1 carat center stone in it. I decided to return the ring so I emailed Allen again to ask how to do that. He gave me the address of where to send it and said the money would be credited back to my card once it was received. It took 2 weeks but the full amount was credited back to my credit card. Customer Service is very important to a business and if I were only reviewing Allen, it would have been 5 stars, but the wrong size is what took stars away from this review.

Heartbroken in Phoenix

18 months ago my now Husband and I purchased item # a. 0030. Yellow gold "A diamond wedding set that is made up of 4.00 ct. Total weight. Center stone can be customized between 1.00ct princess cut diamond, SI. Side diamonds on engagement ring totaling 2.00 ct. Made with round, princess and baguette diamonds in an invisible and prong setting. Matching band consists of 1.0ct. Princess cut channel setting. Handcrafted in 14k Gold." Beautiful and unique. Just like other reviews we experienced same very poor customer service and false tracking # ploy. But the Worst was after receiving and needing an appraisal to insure, an independent appraiser showed us that Not Only does the center diamond have Flaws Visible to the Naked Eye but who ever set the center stone did it improperly and had Fractured the Center Diamond. We then obtained a 2nd independent appraisal from an appraiser considered to be one of the top appraisers in the state. She refused all knowledge of 1st appraisal/conditions until finishing her appraisal. Her findings were the same. With wedding weeks away I contacted World Jewels and explained findings asking Only what was Wrong be Made Right. Work Jewels Refused to do so. Fortunately I Only shipped them back the engagement ring. After multiple calls the jeweler called me back Yelling at me about "how dare I". They only offered to reduce the size of the stone to remove the broken part. But by this time we were 6 Days before our wedding. I told them their offer was unacceptable and to overnight untouched. 3 days later I received my ring back in same uninsurable condition; not knowing when the center diamond will fall out. P.S. Appraised quality is I Not SI. Jeweler also yelled at me for insulting him. Sincerely, Heartbroken in Phoenix
