I am writing my review because of the customer service rep that I had through the entire process, Allen Rashtian. I was so worried about spending $1,500.00 for an online order of a ring I only could see a picture of, but through email and phone calls, Allen walked me through it. I didn't realize that my ring would not be made until they received my order so the 2 week wait for it made me nervous. When I did receive it, it was absolutely beautiful and just what I wanted... but it didn't fit. It was supposed to be a size 6 but it wouldn't go over my knuckle. Not sure what to do about the size, I took it to my local jeweler for advice since he would be setting the center stone. He said he couldn't set the stone because the prong (or head) that holds the center stone wasn't big enough to hold my diamond. So I went back home very disappointed and sent an email to Allen. He said it could be re-sized and a bigger prong could be put on but I was concerned about the other diamonds becoming loose if it was re-sized. Then I worried that if I did lose a stone and had to send it back in, it would have my 1 carat center stone in it. I decided to return the ring so I emailed Allen again to ask how to do that. He gave me the address of where to send it and said the money would be credited back to my card once it was received. It took 2 weeks but the full amount was credited back to my credit card. Customer Service is very important to a business and if I were only reviewing Allen, it would have been 5 stars, but the wrong size is what took stars away from this review.
