I found a pair that looked comfortable to work in met all the requirements I needed so I ordered them paid extra for faster shipping. Site claims 1-2 days processing took 5 business days to get shipped the carrier saved their bacon and delivered overnight to meet their delivery window. Boots were not as advertised (soft toe not composite as website had them named) boots are completely useless to me. Started return process and contacted them to let them know they are lying to people I checked with the manufacturer they don't make a hardened toe in that style at all. The representative that finally replied days later they said they were waiving all return fees when they received the boots as if that somehow that was going an extra step to apologize for false advertising. When I got notice from them on the refund they kept the price I paid for shipping. Just liars and thieves all way round…
They have not answered any of the 6 calls I have made to them. Slow shipping. Had to return the boots I bought. Tracking says they got them 5 days ago no confirmation and no refund. Called my credit card company. Im told Midwest boots is a good on line seller so that's where I'll probably go.
BUYER BEWARE I ordered from this company over 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting on a shipping confirmation email. They don't have a working customer phone number because of employees working remotely. Ive sent two emails, posted on their Facebook and also sent a Facebook message. I still have no reply and no work boots for my husband. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They took my money quickly and now I have no boots. Stay away! Take your business elsewhere!
Horrible place! Do not do business with this establishment. They are quick to take your money and slack on delivering your product! Still no tracking or shipping number! These people are thieves. All of the reviews are true! So sad I had to findout this way! Potential buyers stay away! Fix this and I'll fix this review!
I ordered boots in my size which were shipped to me with a shipping charge. I tried them on and they were too loose so I contacted the shipper for a return. The return is free if I accept store credit, but will then be charged for shipping another set of boots out. If you request a refund they charge shipping to return the boots. Essentially, they charge you endlessly for shipping boots to try on, or charge you to return so they get you coming and going. Boots have to be tried on for fitting, so unless your repurchasing boots you already had, and know will fit, they just make money off sending boots whether you purchase them or not. Do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere. This outfit is a total scam.
I bought a pair of wolverine boots from this company and when they got here they look like they had already been worn about 10 times! I contacted wolverine directly and they offered me a discount but said that the work boots company had to do it. The only discount I may get ( haven't gotten it yet) was $10. So I paid $110 for what looks like USED BOOTS! People who buy boots are very picky, and this company should be ashamed on what kind of products they are sending out! I do many product research and reviews and company research and reviews and both with this company were terrible! I give this place a 2/10
Workboots.Com is the, absolute worst online company, I have ever dealt with. Terrible customer service. They told me one thing and it was the total opposite. I had to go directly to Wolverine for customer service. Wolverine wasn't pleased with the way they treated me. I wish, I had reviewed them, before purchasing my boots. I would have never bought them from them. Do yourself a favor, research or buy local. Never again for me with this company.
Been almost three weeks, still no work shoes! Kodiak Rapid Composite Toe, Wrote them numerous times, keep telling me the warehouse has not got back to them, funny thing is same girls name that writes back everytime! Guess they only have one person working there! Never buy from again! Lost 99.99 plus tax will not refund my money! Wish I would have researched and found these reviews they are spot on! Same thing happen to me! Took my money will not give refund or shoes! Thats how they make their money! Most places do not charge your bank account til sent! NOT THIS ONE... THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND YOU GET NO MERCHANDISE! I have made a complaint to the FTC! Looks like a lot of people have been scammed!
Paid for boots and pants on the june 18 got the pants on the 24 still haven't received the boots. No tracking number, called, email, No boots and no explanation. Waited on the phone for 15min. ******* my order number. Check it! Waste of my time...
Ordered 2 pairs of boots on Monday, chose "free shipping" because I wasn't in a big hurry to get them. Both pair arrived Thursday. Right size, Right style... I would order from WorkBoots again.
I ordered work boots for my job and I paid for the faster shipping and I have not received my boots yet. I tried to call and do to COVID no one is answering the phone. I called Sheplers and they said they could ship out my boots today and If I pay for faster shipping they will arrive by Tuesday I'm going to call my credit card and see if I can cancel the order.

I really tried to give this vendor a chance. From the time I received these wonderful work boots (CAT 9" Logger), in a size too small (my fault), getting these things refunded was almost comical. It took literally dozens of emails to sort out the return and refund. Issues as follows:
No clear return policy
No access to documentation or labels for the return itself
Cost of return is buyer responsibility
Super long processing times at every point in the transaction
Absolutely a baton race getting through this process
Kayla gets a shout out for her enthusiasm.
