I am not lying! This not only DID NOT WORK, it made my lashes worse. Now I'm stuck with never opened, sealed bottle because they won't refund my money. There is no way these 5 star reviews are real! If so, they can buy my bottle off me for half-price. SO disappointed in this company. Nice job NOT standing behind your product. You'd be better off putting tap water on your lash line. In fact, that's probably what it is!

I started using woolash May 1,2023 I have thinning eyelashes. So far I have not missed a single day and no results. Almost 2 months later I'm still not giving up because the reviews on their page are good. I might just be the percentage where it takes longer. I do take photos every monday but nothing yet.However I did wrote a review on there and noticed they only show the 5 star reviews. As you can tell by my photos no changes from day one to 2nd month.

I have had WooLash eye serum since march of 2022. The box STATES...use once daily at bedtime.
Which I have done daily with no results to length or thickness. Called the help desk to talk about this and get a refund (1-10-23) and she gave me reason after reason that I was not using it correctly or should be using twice a day. My eye lid was clean and dry. Have used other types of serums that worked way better than this. Would not recommend.

I was horrified after using Woolash. Within about a week, my eyelashes started falling out. After 3 to 4 weeks, half of my eyelashes were gone. I stopped using the product and my eyelashes immediately stopped falling out. I started a new serum and within a few weeks my eyelashes started growing back. They started getting longer and longer. Don't use this product. It also occasionally made my eyes burn.

So disappointed in this product. It was top rated on most websites, but those were probably all scams. I've been using since August, it's now December, and I have zero growth. My eyelashes were in much better shape and longer than they are now, as you can tell from the pictures. My eyelashes are starting to fall out, anytime i wash my face or wipe off my makeup, a few eyelashes fall off. It has made them extremely thin, uneven and very fragile. Highly do not recommend.

This site and the service is not the best one.The proucts leaves much to be desired. Thank you...

I purchased this product a few months ago and I used it on my lashes just a few times because I read the reviews and I read how it can make your eyelashes thinner or worse and how it can even affect your eye color.
I decided not to use it anymore but I applied it on my very thin eyebrows. I figured what the heck! They can't get any worse.
In just a little over a month, I have seen great results in my eyebrows! I will definitely continue using this product on my eyebrows.

Honest review here. Please get something else if you truly want eyelash growth. I have been using faithfully for 4 months...to be honest it has actually caused many to fall out. Very disappointed. Not worth your time

Yours advertise is a hoax! My lashes didn't grow up as you predict in an instruction. I'm disappointed.

I had pretty good lashes until I bought this. Now they are short and even mascara doesn't help. I will go back to using Forever Ideal or Babe Lash

This is the first eyelash serum I have ever tried and I am very impressed! In two weeks I have seen an improvement in the thickness and length of the lashes, and now after six weeks I am obsessed. I also use it on my brows and now they are much thicker too. Even with religious daily use, I only used about 1/6 of a bottle so I'm very happy with how long it will last. I also have very sensitive eyes, and this was not at all irritating.

Started using woolash in early July. One week after starting my bottom lashes all fell out but I've continued using it thinking maybe they fell out to make way for the new lashes to grow in. Nope my lashes are worse then when I started using the product. I definitely would not recommend Woolash. I have used othe lash growth products in the past and they worked great.

Their customer service is terrible! You can't return their product even if it doesn't work or if it's GENTLY USED. The TOP SUPERVISOR doesn't care if their product isn't working. Don't waste your time!

This is my number one best beauty find. WooLash is fantastic for both my lashes and brows. My lashes are now fuller, longer, and thicker. At first I was excited: I did notice a difference, and my lashes were supple and longer. But then, every time I wash my face, my LASHES FALL OUT. Like, not a couple, but fifteen at a time. It's the stuff of nightmares. Horrible. People should be warned.

Aesthetician and sell lash growth serums and have also tried ones for other companies. The product doesn't irritate my eyes but the brush is too small and I've seen NO growth in my lashes and I'm on my FOURTH bottle! VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I've been using the product religiously for months and have seen zero change whatsoever. Might as well be using water. I've been attempting to contact someone at woolash for weeks regarding their money back guarantee and haven't heard back. Am currently disputing the charge with my bank in an effort to recoup my wasted money. DO NOT BUY!

Very ineffective. I have used a few different eyelash serums and always got good results even when not using it regularly. I purchased this product because they were having a special and have been applying it religiously day and night but my eyelashes... which were looking pretty good from the previous products - have regressed and gotten worse.

After reading many positive reviews on this product, I purchased 3 bottles which was supposed to be the best deal. I have been using this product consistently for at least 3 months and do not see any difference in the length or thickness of my eyelashes. Maybe things will change in month 4 (let's hope). I guess I should not have had too many expectations considering the first ingredient is water. I wish I could get a refund on the remaining bottles.

I got the 5 pack as well and it does not work. I tried to return it since there's 60 -90 day money back guaranteed - literally emailed them many times and NO RESPONSE. It's all bull$#*! - DO NOT BUY

The only thing I got from using this product is puffy eyelids. I use all organic face washes make up etc. Because this product had such good reviews I thought I would give it a try since my lower lashes are a little thin not only are they all falling out my bottom eyelid is extremely puffy

I tried for the nearly 60 days and my lashes didn't grow a mm! Try to contact them about money back- apparently guaranteed and was no response! Scam! With fake reviews! Relash product twice as expensive but you can see results after 2weeks.

Do not try this stuff. Not only does it not work, it makes your lashes fall out and break off. It's terrible!
