Wondervida is my go to subscription box now. After my first order, I received my box in under 2 weeks. Me and my daughter were very pleased with the quality of the products, the face mask and toothpaste were an instant hit for our family. Will definitely be ordering again!
This is a subscription service that offers free makeup samples only for the price of shipping. My daughter thought she was getting this beauty box one time only. However, we started getting it every month. When I tried to cancel the subscription I never signed up for I found the website was intentionally vague and confusing. On one page it says, "There are no returns once your order has been shipped out." On the very same page it says, "30 day money back guarantee." These two statements are incompatible. When I realized Wondervida.com had signed my 13 year old daughter up for a subscription without my consent I tried to find a way to contact them on their website. I found a "contact us" page but again it seemed intentionally meant to confuse. It gave "hours of operations" with symbols that make it appear that you can call and email. However, there is really only one way to contact Wondervida.com, that is by email. Furthermore, the second beauty box my daughter received cost considerably more than the first and contained many of the same items as the first beauty box.
