I needed a book for my son's birthday. Didn't find anything I wanted on a Google search. Having used WOB before I had a look and found exactly what I wanted. The Life Vespa was the book it was a bargain and it arrived very quickly and was as new. My son loved it. Perfect.

My used dictionaries arrived on time in great condition. Very pleased to be getting what I need at a great price and supporting reuse at the same time.

Upon ordering, the estimated time was 10-14 days. They don't bother to say they can take up to 14 days before that to even process your order. We literally waited all of those days for my son to receive the wrong game in the wrong case! Considering this was one of his birthday presents, he's very disappointed and I'm very angry for wasting time and money! Then the only customer service you can get is a bot and you have to wait for up to 2 more days for an actual response from the company. If I could give it a zero I would!

I am very disappointed of my last order for those of books, very old but not reasonable price. Think that price should be new book price.

I bought four copies of an Eduqas physics A level textbook - roughly half the cost of buying them new at best online price (which was the publisher NOT Amazon!) These are to allow me to support groups of students with Covid catch up. Books arrived very promptly and were in much better condition than described.
Students are amazed that i am supplying them with textbooks to 'help them help themselves'.

Ordered a DVD of Happy Days from Wob for my Dad's birthday. It was used but was in excellent condition, no cellophane on it obviously but other than that it was in mint condition. My dad was thrilled to be able to catch up on a selection of episodes from this tv show and I was very pleased with the delivery as it came exactly when expected.
