Of the five books I ordered one had passages underlined with highlighter which I found really distracting, one was a bit grubby, two were in very good condition and one had obviously never been opened. There is such a large range of books at very good prices it's definitely worth a punt. I will order from WOB again.

First time I have used WOB. It does say books may be old so not surprised by browned pages but unsure if it will last long as a book I want to keep. I was not sure if I would receive a hard or paperback.

I posted 3 copies of this same book. The first took 2 weeks to arrive even with priority mail. One entry in the postal code had been mistyped so it was sent to the NW, then the SW and finally the SE. Even when the error was pointed out on customer services, the automated message system of customer service made it hard to sort out the addressing error. At Royal Mail, the agents were very helpful on the phone and helped with redirection.
The book was very good for value for money. The WOB packaging, a plastic bag without cardboard, does not match up to that of abebooks, alibris, amazon, or other online booksellers. There was some superficial damage with bending at the corners.
