I can usually find the book I want, and when they get here they are as advertised. If WOB says "Good as New" the book is as good as new, if "slightly worn" that's what it is.

I ordered a book through Wob, described as VERY GOOD condition. It arrived on time, but that's where anything good I have to say about Wob ends. The book arrived with massive cover damage, with deep divots in the top, side and bottom edges of the hard cover. I immediately went to their website and filed a ticket with Watson, their bot, as instructed in the order confirmation email they sent me (pictured below). I described the problem, uploaded photographs of the damage and was given a job order reference number and promised a response within 48 hours. That was last week. Today is Wednesday of this week and still no response. Their customer service is horrible. You can't contact them directly via either chat, text, or email, only through the bot or a web order info form that they promise to answer within 48 hours. I've contacted them through both Watson bot and the webform and and have received no response. I want a free return mailing label and a complete refund.
