I like a physical source of media. It may be old fashioned but I wanted to buy some DVDs and CDs that I had years ago but had let go. I can honestly say I was really happy with my WOB purchases. All the discs were in excellent condition and the liner notes etc. I even bought some new replacement cases for them and now they look brand new. The 20% offer brought the price down further so really good value. Packaging is good and delivery time is excellent. I would recommend WOB and will definitely be buying again myself.

I bought three books and saved 15%. Those books were in good condition. I could 24 days after I ordered. I always thank you for shipping books to Japan.

Every book l have ordered from Wob has arrived in time and in the condition stated.
Their prices are very reasonable consdering P & P is included.
On the one occasion l had to contact them it was due to an error l had made. They replied immediately and it was all fixed.
I love using Wob and would recommend.

I am extremely satisfied with Wob. Books arrive often before they say they will, always quickly after I've ordered them, and are always in the condition they say they are. I trust Wob. I haven't yet tried to sell books to them but I will one day.

My family waited weeks for a game that never arrived. They gave us no tracking number, which is an ineffective setup. They claimed the game we ordered was sold out and to order one of a similar value. I ordered two that combined would have been worth the game WOB failed to deliver. I was told I had to choose one. Were they thinking they would just keep the rest of my money!?! I told them give me a full refund. They deserve negative stars. They promised a game they have zero evidence was ever sent. They failed 100% to deliver the game. I still don't have my refund. They spent so long playing games, the game is sold out everywhere.

Great Seller. Been buying from them for years now. Really pleased with the prices & quality of their rare books which are individually photographed, described and shipped in sturdy cardboard, unlike their regular collection which uses plastic (my one minor complaint). International shipping costs are excellent. On those rare occasions where I've contacted Customer Service over an issue, they have always addressed the matter to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommend.

Love the selection of items for sale. Books. Games etc... I have used Wob for a few years now and I have yet to be disappointed by the service. Great website. Very easy to use. Finding books that you just don't get anywhere else... just received my latest books all in very good condition for 2nd hand... keep up the good work..

Love this company, great choice of books, up to yet I have found what I wanted each time at a really great price and quality. Book condition is stated in add. Updates on order are also a bonus. It's great to recycle.

I love Wob and normally give it five stars but I've had a few issues recently.
I had a recent order in which I received a book which I didn't order (and was not charged for) I tried to report this through Watson but, quite frankly, he isn't very user friendly and exasperated me to the point where I replied to the delivery email. I made it very clear that I had received my own order and was told to donate the extra one and they would replace my order. I again replied that I already had my book and not to send one but it duly arrived. I couldn't face Watson again so I donated it also. My concern is that I had some very similar happen previously and I don't want to be flagged.
I have also had two deliveries lately that have been split open on arrival due to too many books in too small a bag. I wholeheartedly support green issues but not to the point where my deliveries are damaged.
In addition in my most recent order all books were tagged as very good or excellent condition. One that was marked very good most certainly was not! It was ok at best. To be honest if it had just been marked as such I'd have been happy enough but it was misleading and untrue.
Please please Wob don't drop your standards as I love love love this site and it's ethos. Also could I request some staff training for Watson as he is infuriating to deal with and requires the user to have a large glass of wine on stand-by for afterwards.
I still gave four stars as a sign of good faith.
