Good prices, quality and you can always find the book you need, no traipsing around shops good service free postage and doesn't take for ever to come just a few days.

Masses of products and at a very reasonable price, search engine is great! DVD and books cannot be beaten on range and price

What more can I say? The book was in excellent condition, a reasonable price and delivered very quickly.

I like to buy books in charity shops but the choice is pot luck. With Wob there is almost limitless choice.
The prices are reasonable and the service very efficient with free postage. Sometimes I will hang on to a book to read again in the future but mostly I donate them to charity so that they can be enjoyed by others.

When World of Books became WOB I knew that was a bad sign and so it has proved to be.
As I have been asked to leave a review I will do so, but it is not the best of reviews.
Why ask for a review when the order is not even complete. At the end of May I ordered 3 books but for some reason have only received one of them. How could anybody call that good service?
Surely all books are available so why not send them all together? If they are not available my order should have indicated that. It doesn't seem to make financial sense for a company to make several deliveries instead of one.
Come on 'WOB' get your act together.

I received the usual excellent service & prompt delivery that I have come to expect from WoB over the last few years. Their books are very good value for money & of high quality.

I cannot get out to buy books so I find WOB invaluable,they have a very good selection, with a lot of categories.

Usually a very good service but a wrong book was sent to me on my recent order, waiting for my original order to be delivered

I have been using WOB for second hand books for some time now, they are fabulous, always super speedy delivery and always in good condition can't recommend highly enough. I just wished someone had told me years ago about them.
