I buy almost every month from WOB, and the service is always fantastic.
From placing the order, to notifications on delivery date and time I cannot fault it.

WOB has been yearly in excellent services providing brand-new like used books, unbeaten reduced book prices to help the financial buyers to afford many purchases, the prompt dispatches but need times to internationally ship safely, the customer representative is responsible to immediately respond to any buyers' cancellation of book orders or refunds. A great selection of books at great prices and always excellent service.
In my experience the books are in better than expected condition, well packed and promptly dispatched.

On the odd occasion you don't always receive the item you expect, however when this happened with Wob the customer service team go out of their way to find a satisfactory solution, something Wob should be proud of.

I have always recieved prompt and excellent service on the very infrequent occassions when I have experienced problems. Otherwise the service is consistently very good.

Usual prompt delivery. Books of good quality. Have used Wob for several years now and have never been disappointed with the communication, promptness and quality of the reading material. Good choice of books.

I ordered three book (offer), but noticed immediately I already had received one of them and cancelled within 10 minutes. I received a refund for one book only but have never received the other two books. If WOB cannot sort it out then I will have to go into PayPal as my understanding is a cancelled order should be a full refund with WOB or at least send the rest of the order. I wrote when cancelling and told them what happened so they should know the situation and my order list should prove which book was repeated and which still needed sending.

First class as usual, used books in very good condition, delivery several days earlier than originally stated, and excellent value as always. Could not be better!

I ordered a book for my child and from the delivery date, I figured it was being mailed via media mail rate which can take some time. It's been 2.5 weeks and I've not yet received my book. I was trying to determine where it had shipped from, and now realizing it's going from the UK to the US. It's not very clear on the website that this is a UK business. And it's definitely not clear on the product page. Just be aware of this if you shop this website.

Whenever I want a book I always check WOB first. New books are often far less than elsewhere and pre-loved books always excellent quality even when just rated as acceptable... they lose nothing from having been read before. Service is always excellent with updates of progress of despatch and estimated delivery... loads of books from all genres though mine are mainly knitting and crochet

First website I check when buying a book great service fast delivery and Google quality, never let me down.

Always had good service before and good clean quality books. Ordered three Paddington books for presents to small children to remember the Queens Jubilee. Only one was in the condition described as excellent. One was badly torn inside and the other had a reduced label stuck on so firmly that it could not be removed. Didn't send them back as not much money involved and it didn't seem worth the effort.

I've been buying books from here for quite a while, they are very good value for money and good condition, delivery service is excellent, I would definitely recommend world of books

Revision books arrived in excellent condition and before the expected date. WOB is my first go to for all things books!

Wob has provided me with pre-used copies of the entire Agatha Raisin cosy crime series. The books have been cheap to buy, but in good condition. They have been delivered promptly after being ordered, each batch wrapped in a plastic bag. The administrative staff proved efficient and helpful, when I made a mistake in the delivery address, so that all the packages arrived as ordered. Wob is now my first port of call for second-hand books.
