Accurate description of books' conditions - have never been disappointed. Good offers and able to find older books not found in other shops.

I like WOB as it is an alternative to Amazon. My biggest complaint is that books are often not as described; I've received books that were described as being in 'very good' condition but were water damaged or had passages highlighted in orange pen. They just need someone who knows what they are doing to actually go through and check the books.

I always find a book which is interesting and to my taste. I buy used books for myself but new ones to give as presents. My order is always delivered on time with emails from WOB to tell me when my order has been dispatched. I would recommend WOB to anyone who loves reading.

Excellent quality, prices and service. The books were in brilliant condition - you would never have known they were not brand new. The pricing was excellent as was the very speedy service. Wob will be my first choice for books in future.

I used to love this company, but have now waited over a week for my order, which at over £11 for a paperback, I wish I had ordered from Waterstones. I think our relationship of many years is now over, sadly.

Recently I began checking available books o WON and was very impressed not only with the selection but with the prices and prompt service I received. I will check WOB first next time I am looki g for any particular title. Thankk you for your excellent service
