I ordered a set of 4 books by Kitty Wilson but was disappointed to receive 4 books by Lee Child. As there is no similarity between the authors I can only imagine that someone is equally as disappointed to get my books. Despite emailing WoB I have yet to receive an explanation.

I have used Wob several times now. My books have always arrived within a few days, and been in good condition. Wob has become my first choice if I am looking for books, as it is a B-corp and helping to re-use books and cut down on waste, something that I wholeheartedly support. I also recommend it to my friends if they are book-hunting. I haven't tried Ziffit yet, but that also looks great. Keep up the good work!

I have been ordering for a while from WOB. It is now my 'go to' source for all types of books.
They are easy to order and prompt to deliver. I have sent some books to my sister in law who lives 100s of miles away, often I don't tell her and as a fellow book lover it is a lovely surprise for her.

I love WOB. Love, looooove them. They always offer the cheapest prices, amazing quality and superfast delivery. I used many second hand booksellers in the past but now I try to source all my books with WOB, it is just easier, and I'm always happy with the purchase :) I bought a ton of books from them and only one had a defect.
