Order my books on the Sunday and received them on the Wednesday fantastic service arrived before date given and all books like new will definitely use WOB again
The DVD I ordered (I'm in NY, USA REGION 1) on Ebay was delivered on-time & in good condition
BUT it was for the WRONG REGION & could NOT be played. I emailed World of Books 3x and NOT A SINGLE EMAIL was answered.

They sent me a paperback when the product description very clearly said that it was a hardback. Then they blamed me because I did not look up the ISBN and I was responsible for return postage. Then someone with sense apologized, told me the matter was complete and to please donate the book a to a charity (which I did). Now, I receive a notification that my money won't be refunded until I return the book. These people don't know how to conduct business.
