We came to wizMotions with a set idea of what we wanted, and they helped fine-tune our message into a fantastic, engaging video beyond what we were hoping for. Mark Usman was extremely helpful, gave great suggestions, and the entire team was very responsive to our questions. The design and proposal for the video was almost exactly what we were looking for, and the changes we did ask for were done quickly and accurately. We highly recommend, and in fact already signed on for another, even bigger project!

I work for an agency and have a number of clients who have wanted animated videos to tell their stories. WizMotions always delivers what I need on time, and they're easy and pleasant to work with. I recommend them to clients often as well as to colleagues for their own projects. Great price for a great product!

We needed a professional animated video made for a client. WizMotion not only created an excellent video, but was able to provide all their services white label. Our clients privacy is important and to have a source for high quality video creation and production is important to us. As we move into more video marketing we will definitely use wizMotion again.

Just what we needed
July 27, 2017

I'm happy we worked with Wizmotions. We got several explainer videos produced with short turnaround times, and the team was collaborative and communicative.

For our more technical videos, we did have more back and forth with revisions, but our team is extremely happy with the results. Great work!

I am the president of beachBUB USA. We decided that we needed a 3D Animation of our our patented product, beachBUB Beach Umbrella System. We contacted 5 companies and received quotes from all. We decided to contract with wizMotions. One of the reasons for this animation was that we are going to use it when I appear on QVC. Our finished product was completed and finished within 2 weeks and I am hear to say that we are extremely pleased with the results. WizMotion price was 30% less than all others companies. They kept in touch with us at least twice a day throughout the process and made all the changes and edits that we asked them to make for us. I have worked with vendors for over 35 years and wizMotions ranks in the top 5. Great company and even greater people. If you are looking for animation work you should definitely consider them.

1st you have to watch a tutorial to explain to you their protocol for you to do business with them. Then you have to enroll in a special communication email service to communicate with them. However in 3 days they have done nothing except send me emails to ask me if I watched their tutorial and have I enrolled in their email program so they can send me updates about all the things they haven't gotten done. No wonder it takes then 3 weeks to draw a picture

This is Bill Zimmerman, co-owner of wizMotions. In the beginning of the project we simply ask our customers send us their files and to watch a 3 minute video tutorial to see how to use the online project management system. It's actually quite simple. He never replied to any of our messages, so we followed up with him. When our customers don't reply, we follow up. I'm not sure why that was a problem.

As far as our project management system, we use Basecamp and we talk to our clients about this during the ordering process. After doing this for many years we find it to be very efficient for our customers. In fact we routinely get compliments on how easy it is to work with us.

WizMotions does excellent work in a short time. The teams they put together are very professional and the whole process is seamless. We gathered quotes for our 90 sec video from other firms and they were in the $5k to $8k range. WizMotions did our video to our specifications for under $700.

I would highly recommend wizMotion for any video needs.

I recently completed a national video project where I worked with multiple vendors to create a variety of videos. We contracted with WizMotions to create 2 animated explainer videos. We paid $4,206.50 for a 1D and a 2D video. The project has extended over 8 months with 1 video delivered and the 2nd stalled after I relayed this feedback from our team.

This is really rough. The animation looks like a 1980s Atari game to me (the "liquid" flowing into the measuring cups is a specific sort of awful that I don't understand how they could even deliver to a client without feeling ashamed of themselves).

I ran the first video from Wiz Motions through a test of 100 users and the video scored the lowest among the group (including videos simply made with AI software).

The whole production process was so much work, it seemed that at every step along the way things had to redone. Wiz Motions tried to charge us even more to make changes saying it was company policy. At this point I haven't heard back from them in a month and I am tired of having to fight to try to get something I would actually show clients. We already paid for the videos so it would be included on our 2018 expenses. What a huge disappointment and waste of time and money. I hope you can learn from our mistake and not hire them!

HI Amelie - I"m sorry your experience was not positive and I hope we can still address your concerns. Your first video was completed and delivered. As to your comment about charging you extra, I'm assuming this is in reference to your first video. As we tell all of our clients, our process is very step by step and we ask for your approval along the way. If we complete all of the artwork and produce the video and then major revisions are requested to the artwork then we do have to charge a small fee. We did waive this fee for you after you expressed your displeasure with that.

Your second video was approved through all steps and then we delivered the first cut of animation. Your latest reply was that you would like the animation of the flow of liquid improved. You had also mentioned you showed the video to some other people and they did not like the colors. Our last response to you was to get further clarification on that and we have yet to hear back. We will be reaching out again to you. Thank you

Our company has worked with a number of video production companies, and working with wixMotions was by far the most painless experience. Not only was it incredibly economical, but working with them was fast and easy. We ended up with a great video at the end of it which was a fraction of the cost without losing any of the quality. Looking forward to working with the company on future products and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Company CEO had a pathetic mannerism

There is no set scheduke software to call back. We did miss time and as an efficient client it's my job to follow up.

You on the other hand instead of working with us dictate and dominate.
That's it you have really really wasted a lot of time of mine. Yes and grand Keller have asked me to join in. I have high regards for Linda and Fredrick themselves
But you seemed to always be in stress and controling everyone.
No one ll appreciate this.

So yes your attitude reflects major fault in domination.
And its felt by clients.

One unhappy customer.

Total rudeness on behalf of CEO.

I worked really hard to turn in all materials but the project manager did not have a set call back system

When asked for protocol. CEO booted the project out!

Hi, this is Bill Zimmerman co-owner of wizMotions. I'd like to explain what actually happened with this particular client, contrary to the information above.

There are many reasons why I had to refund her in full and politely inform her that we are not the right company for her. One of those reasons is that she did not want to listen to or follow our process whatsoever. We have literally thousands of happy customers and have a particular process on how we create our videos but she did not seem to care about that at all. She wanted her own process and in turn insisted that my team work for her full time and have multiple hour long conversations with her on a daily basis. While it's true that we have an extremely high customer service satisfaction level, (please see wizmotions.com/reviews) we simply do not have the staffing or time to be able to talk to every client we have for an hour every single day. I wish we did!

But that's not the only reason I refunded her and informed her we weren't a good fit... And what makes this review even more upsetting is that the only reason it was left is because she feels insulted that we don't want to work with her. My team actually went above and beyond to try to accommodate but it just wasn't happening. In fact, she was supposed to supply a "ready to go" script to use for her video as she did not pay for our script service. Instead, she took photographs of dozens of pages of a book, sent the photos to us, and then asked us to go through all the images and put the script together based on some marked paragraphs. We did in fact do that, without charging her, and afterwards spent more time trying to work out that script with her. That process included multiple phone calls, minimum one hour long each, with one of my project managers. My team spent many hours working on putting the script together for her, and we did not charge her for it. We just wanted to help and wanted to get this project going. Getting the script ready was step 1.

In addition, when we weren't getting back to her quickly enough, this particular client called the account executive in charge of her account exactly 22 times over the course of about two weeks. 22 times! That is not an exaggeration. And this is in addition to the multiple hour long conversations my project manager had with her. And I can't tell you how many emails were sent, it was dozens.

On Friday the 7th we just didn't have time to talk with her particular day. It was explained to her that we won't have an update for her every single day, that some days will pass without an update. This does not mean we are not working hard on her project, it just means that it takes time for these videos to be created. We are very transparent about our process and expectations, it takes on average 3 - 4 weeks to complete a project.

None of that got through to her. After 4 more phone calls from her on Friday, it was obvious we were not the right company for her so I politely explained to her that we are just not a good fit and refunded her in full. I'm sorry it didn't work out, but I just knew we were not a good fit. Then she left this review and AGAIN called us multiple times and emailed us to insult me and tell us about all of the bad reviews she is going to leave. I actually had to block her from calling us more, something I haven't done in 5 years of this business.

I was looking for a serious and transparent prodcution company for my video at an effective cost with tight budget. And I was dlighted to find wizMotions!

When I started looking for an animator to do my project, it became very apparent that there were lots of options out there. With a tight deadline looming, I had little time to do much research, so I clicked on WizMotion. I liked what I saw, and initiated contact. From the very start they were super responsive and very clear on their process. With full confidence I proceeded, picking the style of animation I wanted, and paying half the balance. With that, we were off and running. The production team, led by Federico, took over, and sent me clear instructions of what was needed to make my video a success. We worked together closely for the next 18 days as the video was being produced. The lines of communication, via Basecamp, were terrific. Responses to my questions were super fast, and when changes were needed they happened with lightning speed. They could not have been more accommodating, and I was super happy and very pleased with the end result. I will use WizMotion again, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an animated video. They're real pros, and satisfying their clients is clearly the priority.

I like what was produced

This is our first white board video, and I do not think it will be our last. It took a bit to get used to Basecamp. WizMotions came through with the video on budget. I am pleased.
