We have worked with Wizmotions on three occasions and have had good experiences for the most part. Much of the time, it was smooth and easy to follow their process. Sometimes mistakes got through on our end or theirs, but all were corrected quickly. It can be a difficult process to explain a complex system to those who have no understanding of what you are trying to convey through the animation. Artists don't think necessarily in terms of "systems" and I imagine it's hard to understand what people are trying to explain. We have a complex business and market complex concepts. Wizmotions allowed for multiple iterations until we were satisfied that the project manager and artist grasped what was in our minds! Sometimes, it was frustrating, but are very satisfied with the end results.

WizMotions did a great job in the video production. They were very easy to work with. I would not count on them to grasp your complex product or idea so you must plan to do your own storyboard and make sure that when they supply you artwork it is exactly how you want it the first time. It was my experience that if a piece of artwork was approved and then a change was required extra costs were incurred, albeit fair costs. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

One of our worries was getting a video created that matched our branding and illustrations we had on our website. Basically, we wanted a great video that didn't feel out of place. The wizMotions team delivered beyond expectations and I could not be happier. They even had a great communication process through Basecamp that kept everything organized. Definitely will be using them again for future work!

Ever hear of the phrase "running around like a chicken wit his head cut off?" This is what comes to mind when I think about wizmotions. I am pretty sure all of the things they guarantee on their website were violated while I worked with them. In the end I got an OK video but I felt like I was the one who made it. A very drudgerous process all in all.

But hey, they ARE cheap!

I have now commissioned two explainer videos made by wizMotions, and I have been impressed with the process and final product of both of them. The project manager on both of my jobs (Justine) has been highly responsive and helpful, and in this case the production folks inserted some of their own ideas and creativity into illustrating our video. And, even though I had some last minute changes, they made them for me quickly and professionally. Nice job, team!

Usually I'm not that kinda guy who is writing review online, but this time I had to write about this company Wizmotions. My experience with them was incredibly positive absolutely no compliance. They made a perfect white board animation explainer video for my business at very reasonable cost. I like this kinda attitude when it comes to customer service.
I was on the market for explainer video for my landscape business for quite awhile. I've called a dozen of different companies, big and small, but something wasn't right.One day a friend of mine, who is also an entrepreneur showed me a video from his website, and I was blown away with the quality of this intro. I told him it must be cost a fortune to make this piece of art. When he reviled the price, it seemed very reasonable. I called Wizmotions the very next day and I'm glad I did, they made my business look more professional, can't thank them enough.

WizMotions was easy to work with and delivered a quality product. They work with you through every aspect of the video and make sure you are happy with each phase before moving to the next. We provided a specific concept, and they did a great job bringing it to life. You have opportunities to make course corrections throughout to assure you get what you want. When we started the process I was concerned that I couldn't articulate the vision we had, but WizMotions had no problem understanding and bringing it to life. I liked how every thing is done in stages so you have time to edit & decide on changes. I also was extremely pleased with fast communication and being greeted with upbeat attitudes. I wanted my video to be perfect, and even though I kept adding new things over the course of production, not once was I rushed or questioned. They were the nicest, most helpful people I've ever worked with, and I will definitely use them again for future projects.
