Sites like this should not be allowed to operate because they are just scamming people of their money. They don't even abide by their money back guarantee which is so ridiculous. I talked to fedex and it is coming to another town far away and FedEx said it's about a pound. And I know a gazebo weighs more than 1 lb. This has been my 6th different order that I ordered from wish. And never received 1 item
Do you ever deliver any items?
Check the tracking number on FedEx and you can see i got scammed again.
It's also coming to another person in a city 6 hrs away. It was supposed to be a greenhouse and the weight is 1 lb. And FedEx said it wasn't my name or address. Screwed again.

I told them that tracking number was going somewhere else. Common science. 8'x10' polycarbonate greenhouse house weighs more than 3 lb.

After receiving a dress issing the back lining of a lace dress. I contacted customer service to return for a refund. I was told it didn't meet the criteria for a return( part of the dress is MISSING). I was then told there is no wish return center in my country (Canada) shocking. They have really gone down hill. Will absolutely advise NOT ordering anything from wish again. It's not worth trying to save a few bucks.

It's been about two years since wish banned or blocked me from ordering from their site. I was banned because I used their guaranteed refund policy. It's been about two years now since then and my wish account still has a block on my account so ordering isn't allowed. I requested the block be removed and was told it isn't possible. Therefore, banned for life. As a senior my days are numbered and I think I can use the term banned for life. In all my years, I can say I've nevered been banned from a store or service. I do think wish should think things through better than this as public forums like this work both ways and give companies and website businesses both positive and negative reviews.
Update: why is it Wish replies using a "form or template " reply that gets you to a third party site that is completely useless in resolving such issues.
UPDATE: We continue to be denied access to purchase anything from Wish because we used the guarantee refund policy "too much". What happens when you purchase have something from sellers on wish that are not up to quality standards, delivery beyond promised delivery date, an item not what you ordered etc. You the consumer request to return the item or you qualify for the guarantee refund policy and wish refunds you. Next thing you know, wish denies you access, restricts your account so you cannot EVER ORDER ANYTHING AGAIN. You did nothing wrong. We feel you have the right to know what could happen to you because it happened to us. Wish are refused even after two yrs not using their platform, from ordering again. Wish won't remove restrictions and have said this to us. Thanks for reading our concern.

It's been months since the wish contextlogic banned me from using their site. About a year back wish stopped me from using certain sellers and all because I used their guarantee refund policy when packages didn't show up.

You might think you can use their guarantee refund policy but know you can be banned or deleted if you use it. I don't know how many times you can use it before you become banned and ignored by customer service but I was and others have been as well.

We purchased various items from wish contextlogic sites and once we used their guarantee refund policy " too many times" because we didn't receive the package or was very late beyond the delivery date months after purchase, I was told by wish to delete my account.
It's been about one yr since wish prevented me from ordering because I was flagged for "abusing the refund policy that is guaranteed if you don't receive the product/package by the delivery date or if no package is delivered. Wish has refused to straighten this out and plays games when you use their customer service. Believe me, if they don't like you for whatever reason, they'll ban you. From what I see, complain about anything and they'll play games so you can't use their site.

If you request a refund more than a couple of times, you risk being banned from using the site. They expect you to forfeit the money you paid.

Last week I bought some boots from wish. The money went out on the 12th today another lot of money went out for the same boots. I contacted them and they refunded me 1 lot of money and said they weren't sending them. See my issue. They owe me another refund. Charged me twice. Not sending order. Refunded me once. I'm fuming and just to add to this, I have been treated in a disgusting manner today trying to sort this out. They have the customer service skills of wart hogs and help them selves to money out of your bank account.

Bought Coco Chanel from Wish. A Turkish fake product arrived confirmed as fake by many Uk retailers. Wish would not refund and just point you back at the fraudulent seller who's never going to refund the money. Complete scam website, avoid at all costs!

I placed three orders on wish. Delivery date was three weeks after. The first two arrived tho month after. One was decent the 2nd not acceptable. The third never arrived. Wish has no customer service. When the automated application cannot solve your problems they sent you to their online customer service who answers 1-3 days after when you have made yourself understood they sent you back to the application automated system. I am short $117.00 on an order it is almost three month and regret ordering from Wish. Only order if loosing the money won't hurt and you can wait a long long time.

My very 1st order at the end of March has yet to arrive and wish has given me a shipping refund but No refund for the product and it has been well over 2months. The last posted tracking info was dated April 8. Now they say the shipping refund was a full refund which my records don't show.

Well I had emailed them because I had ordered this light and I I look at my orders and I noticed it says it was delivered and I never got it. Now I emailed them and told them I never reviewed my item so they tell me that unfortunately they can't refund me because it shows it was delivered... I will never buy from wish again they have screwed me too many time so I'm done with them... watch out people and the only reason they have 4.6 star rating because you can't leave a review without at least one start if I could I wouldn't rate them at all

Beware of their so-called 1000 W LED grow lights I bought a dozen of them I managed to keep for working by robbing parts from the other eight they refunded on four of them total and when I complained about the rest they arrest him from my Account history so I couldn't complain anymore or ask for a refund as they broke none of them lasted more than a couple of weeks except for two And they only lasted a few months and I had to start putting Parts in them also none of them were 1000 Watt they were 300 watt I grow mine in big potbelly drums one plant to a drum one light and that's the only way they work there really junk

After seeing advertisements on wish getting orders in 2 weeks decided to order on 4/29/20 order was shipped 5/4/20 it's now 6/26/20 still mo packages. You will never receive all the items, and you will never get a full refund. They will keep buying time by giving partial refund with the shipping cost and finally say the time is over for a refund. Never waste even a $1 in this site. The item I received as damaged or with very poor quality.

I must have placed 70 ordered for the limited quantity items. They all got cancelled 24 hours later. I was actually Ok with this part of it. The part I was not OK with is that they charged your credit card for every item before they were approved by who ever needed to approve them. Then you have to go through a e-mail to get a refund that will take 14 days to get. This is ridiculous. Why can't they wait to see if it is still in stock before they charge your credit card. Not sure if it is a scam yet or not. Will see if I get my refund or not. Still not woth the hassell in any case.

I refuse to speak to anymore incompetent customer service representatives, who apparently can not comprehend the situation at hand. The amount of attempted but cancelled purchases, poor quality items, extremely late deliveries, lack of refund transaction completions, and an absolute disregard for a resolution has caused a great inconvenience! Not to mention the complete lack of urgency to remove the suspension on my account after receiving appropriate documents verifying my identity immediately upon request. The message I received from Wish.com stating a 2-3 day response to resolve the security issue would have been sufficient, however, I was compelled to wait 3 1/2 unnecessary weeks to have the suspension removed, all the while scheduled refunds couldn't process successfully. During this time, any and all attempts to contact customer support were denied until suspension was lifted.
Furthermore, after suspension was ultimately removed, my repeated demands to be connected with a supervisor were ignored and the requests to have my entitled refunds reprocessed, were completely disregarded!
I have given Wish.com and customer service agents ample time to resolve and reprocess the numerous incomplete refund transactions that occurred during my account suspension. I am utterly disappointed and my confidence in Wish.com and the customer service departments ability to resolve this matter has absolutely vanished.
Therefore, due it the inefficiency and inability of Wish, representatives and agents, consequently, I have to forward this matter to the Fraud Investigation/Legal Department of my bank to address this matter on my behalf.

There is NO tracking, nothing when I enter the tracking place I just get more advertising. It says the product should have been received 9 days ago. Nothing. When i try to go someplace to ask I just get more advertisements. I have no idea of the quality of the product I haven't received it. Run away don't buy there.

I ordered face masks from this so called company and they informed me that they were undeliverable in which a refund was going to be credited to my credit card. When checking my statement there wasn't a credit but another charge. I contacted customer service and they said it would be corrected. 6 days later I was charged again So paid 3x for something I NEVER RECEIVED. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
