It's been about two years since wish banned or blocked me from ordering from their site. I was banned because I used their guaranteed refund policy. It's been about two years now since then and my wish account still has a block on my account so ordering isn't allowed. I requested the block be removed and was told it isn't possible. Therefore, banned for life. As a senior my days are numbered and I think I can use the term banned for life. In all my years, I can say I've nevered been banned from a store or service. I do think wish should think things through better than this as public forums like this work both ways and give companies and website businesses both positive and negative reviews.

Update: why is it Wish replies using a "form or template " reply that gets you to a third party site that is completely useless in resolving such issues.

UPDATE: We continue to be denied access to purchase anything from Wish because we used the guarantee refund policy "too much". What happens when you purchase have something from sellers on wish that are not up to quality standards, delivery beyond promised delivery date, an item not what you ordered etc. You the consumer request to return the item or you qualify for the guarantee refund policy and wish refunds you. Next thing you know, wish denies you access, restricts your account so you cannot EVER ORDER ANYTHING AGAIN. You did nothing wrong. We feel you have the right to know what could happen to you because it happened to us. Wish are refused even after two yrs not using their platform, from ordering again. Wish won't remove restrictions and have said this to us. Thanks for reading our concern.

Tip for consumers:
We want you to realize what can happen to you if you choose to request a refund under the guarantee refund policy of wish. It is unfortunate wish will never allow you to purchase a product again once you are banned or restricted because you received refunds.

It's been months since the wish contextlogic banned me from using their site. About a year back wish stopped me from using certain sellers and all because I used their guarantee refund policy when packages didn't show up.

Tip for consumers:
You might think you can use their guarantee refund policy but know you can be banned or deleted if you use it. I don't know how many times you can use it before you become banned and ignored by customer service but I was and others have been as well.

Products used:
We purchased various items from wish contextlogic sites and once we used their guarantee refund policy " too many times" because we didn't receive the package or was very late beyond the delivery date months after purchase, I was told by wish to delete my account.

It's been about one yr since wish prevented me from ordering because I was flagged for "abusing the refund policy that is guaranteed if you don't receive the product/package by the delivery date or if no package is delivered. Wish has refused to straighten this out and plays games when you use their customer service. Believe me, if they don't like you for whatever reason, they'll ban you. From what I see, complain about anything and they'll play games so you can't use their site.

Tip for consumers:
If you request a refund more than a couple of times, you risk being banned from using the site. They expect you to forfeit the money you paid.

Camping tools, fishing tackle, trivial items like keychains etc.

Virgin Mobility was great to us until bell mobility bought out virgin. Once bell mobility purchased virgin they harrass, suspend, give you payment dates regardless to you telling them that payment date won't work out. Bell mobility has nothing but attitude on the phone and suspends services on our life line preventing calls in or out and data from being used. Please, we hope anyone considering virgin as their carrier know it is not virgin but bell mobility that gets your business. Bell refused to take recently made payments and apply them to the farthest past due month, instead applying the payments to recent period and then stating we owe one month from months ago. This puts your account past due and in collection's hands to suspend service because it's a month from three months ago. If they applied the recent payment to the farthest months invoice, it would be only the recent invoice period past due and not in collection's to suspend services. As nuts as it sounds bell wants more money on top of the recent invoice in order to pay out a month owing three months ago. We offered payment dates but all were refused by bell as they want immediately or next week payments which is not possible. They want priority over all other accounts. Please reconsider giving bell mobility business unless you have the funds in the future at all times. Thankfully our contract ended when virgin was still virgin. Bell will suspend your service under contract and demand all months left on the contract before allowing service up again. Be careful with bell mobility.

Tip for consumers:
Beware of contracts with Bell mobility or late payments will suspend your service, regardless if this is your only phone and a life line or not.

It amazes me that a company like the brick would write us requesting information such as accounts, what happened to get to the complaint and when you let them know everything they continue to ignore you. Conclusion as of today August 24th 2022 nothing further has been received from the brick about the treatment we received from flexiti, the bricks financial services company. Don't think the brick cares because they reach out for information because based on our experience, it's clear, they don't give a damn.

Tip for consumers:
Use caution when using the brick credit card. And don't expect the brick to help you when you have problems with their credit card services.

When it comes to the brick card financed by flexiti, use caution. Flexiti took over brick accounts and we had no problems until this company took over the card. Without warning flexiti stopped sending bills. We need monthly bills to pay or they might be forgotten. And yes we forgot and to collections they went. Despite explanation of no monthly bills for months and since our payments were not high enough they had nothing but attitude. We've been making payments and still in collection's the account is in. It's almost paid off but flexiti is still choosing to mark our credit rating. Our advice, use caution when using the brick card. Their interest rate is huge. It was once a good card to use but that ended the day these people took over. We will not shop the brick again as we are sure we are not an isolated case. And finally after many months, we received a bill but at a cost of $3.00 more. Nice, real nice.

I received a reply from Karlee about our complaint and requested information which we provided to her. And we've heard nothing in return. I guess that's the brick for you. If you don't use their credit card company flexiti, you won't get into problems. Don't use them.

A Karlee from the brick review asked for more information which was supplied to her about a week or so ago. I sent her a reminder email two days ago about not hearing from her. Still no response from Karlee. Sad. Keep this in mind should you run into problems with the brick or its services.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid using the brick card. Flexiti charges huge interest rates and will ruin your credit rating if they get a chance.

This is in reference to the bricks financial services/ credit card flexiti. As for the brick, the staff or products, this is not about that. Strictly speaking it's about the treatment from flexiti.
