I had a terrible experience with an order I placed this morning at 10 AM. My order ID is **************. The seller's portal showed that it was delivered at 9:37 PM, but I did not receive the product. Furthermore, some products were missing and the one I did receive was damaged. I tried contacting their customer service several times, but no one answered or responded. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from them. It seems like they are engaging in fraudulent activities.

First time we ordered for one delivery to our parents for wedding anniversary and they didn't delivered and the reason was surprising actually. We wanted to give it as a surprise then why they have to contact them for delivery.
Again we tried second time for one of our friend on Valentine's Day and the items delivered was really affected our relationship with them. This company really cheating and making money. When we complained they told they will refund INR 400/- back and we rejected it.

Our Valentine's Day order was a disappointment from start to finish. We had eagerly awaited the delivery of a cake, bouquet, and bamboo plant for the special occasion. However, our anticipation quickly turned to frustration. Firstly, the cake arrived a day late, on the 15th instead of the 14th. When it finally came, it was nothing short of disappointing – resembling a cheap, unappetizing creation one might find at a roadside bakery. The flowers, too, were lackluster, exhibiting signs of age and haphazard packaging.
To add insult to injury, the bamboo plant we ordered was nowhere to be found in the delivery. What's worse, attempts to contact the company were futile; they neither informed us of the delay nor bothered to answer our calls. This experience left us deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned. In all honesty, it was the worst online shopping experience we've ever had.
I have placed my order for wrong date, so made a chat with customer care help and the chat was immediately replied with a person named meenakshi. She asked my order id and changed the date for the order.

Worst service ever, I understand they were not able to deliver my order on time due to covid situation, however they didn't provide me any information about my order and then said they will deliver the order next day, for which I said NO, and asked them to return my money, initially they said they will transfer the money to Winni wallet, for which I didn't agree, and asked them to transfer it to my bank account. Hi, I had booked an order on 14th Feb'20.
While booking the time slots were given basis on which I paid the complete amount online. The order was supposed to get deliver btw 10 to 2pm, I had given office address to deliver the product. Until 4 pm there was no response, I tried calling the customer support number which is given on the website, unfortunately the given number is invalid, no reply from Chat team, email on customer support ( *******@winni.in)
I waited for the whole day, these people not only spoiled my day gave me such a pathetic experience which I'll remember through out my life.
The courier boy went to deliver the product at 12 midnight where the office was closed, it's delayed by 12 hours.
Now I got email stating that the product will get deliver today ( order booked for 14th Feb and delivery sent on 15th Feb.
I asked for refund for this even the delivery boy said they cannot refund, do whatever I want to do... Such a rude response.

Hopeless customer service! My friends told me not to purchase from 'Winni' but I just thought of giving winni.in a chance and placed my first order and till date i regret my decision.
Recently, I placed an order from winni.in and at the last moment when we are celebrating my niece bday, they sent half order and sent me a message saying that my order has been delivered. Because we were busy celebrating, i ignored the missing product of my order and complaint about this next day.
My complaint was not answer. I complaint again on their live chat and their representative left the chat without answering. I tried to get 3-4 and same protocol was followed (leave the chat) by their customer representative.
I do understand that we all are humans and maybe by mistake they did not deliver my half order but the behaviour and response i received from their customer service was pathetic.
My first (n last) experience with them was pathetic all because of their customer service. I should have listened to my friends about how horrible their customer service is. Lesson learned!

Horrible service. They will never deliver what u order for and the way the deliver it is even worse. Quality………. Never expect that from winni………and there customer service is way too horrible and they are never friendly. I ordered for laughing Buddha and a bonsai tree as a gift for my friends house warming. Instead they delivered some chinese doll and the bonsai tree was lifeless and leaf less. When i asked them they say that the chinese doll is same as laughing Buddha. Having placed an order for a cake for my wife on February 14th, 2024, through their website www.winni.in, my expectations were set high, given the promised 2-hour delivery window displayed on their platform. However, my experience turned out to be a complete letdown.
To start with, I paid Rs 1000 for the cake and selected the delivery time of 1 PM. Unfortunately, the cake was delivered a staggering eight hours later at 9 PM. This significant delay not only violated the promised delivery window but also disrupted the special plans I had in mind for the occasion. To make matters worse, there was no communication from Winni.in regarding the delay, leaving me frustrated and uninformed.
Adding insult to injury, Winni.in charged an extra fee for the delivery, a service that was far from satisfactory. The website showcases appealing images of their products, creating an expectation of high-quality items. However, the reality was starkly different. The cake delivered was not only subpar but could be described as nothing short of pathetic.
Attempting to seek redress, I tried to contact their customer care through the provided phone number, only to discover that it was out of service. The live chat option on their website proved equally futile, as it appeared to be automated and provided no real assistance. This lack of accessible customer support added to the overall frustration of the experience.
One of the most disheartening aspects of this ordeal was the realization that Winni.in outsources its orders to local vendors, who, in this case, failed to meet the promised standards. The disparity between the showcased images and the actual product delivered was evident, suggesting a lack of quality control and accountability.
Despite the 5-star ratings displayed on their website, my personal encounter with Winni.in has led me to question the authenticity of those reviews. I am inclined to believe that they may be misleading or, worse, manipulated to create a favorable image.

Ordering on winni was a horrible experience. I had ordered a birthday cake to surprise my friend. Even before I ordered I checked with them if they would deliver the same day. The first rep assured me he would. After ordering I called again to check again and the second rep said yes. I paid 299 rupees extra to have the cake delivered between 6 and 7 pm. When it did not arrive by 7 when I called they said they will deliver only the next day. And they won't give me a refund. I tried reaching winni again and they kept disconnecting the call. This is the process through which they will loot your money:
1) They will show you beautiful gifts and flowers in their catalogue, attracting you to place an order on their website.
2) You will place an order successfully, get a delivery date and pay the money through online transaction.
3) While processing the order, they will send you an email saying that one of the items in the order is not available but they can provide you an alternate. The email will also mention that you need to reach them back ASAP.
4) Now as a genuine buyer, you will reply them back via email and also try to reach them through their contact number (customer care). Both will fail as they won't respond to your email and also their contact number is just a fraud random phone number which never works.
5) You will now reach them through chat (available on the website). You will wait for ages. The agent will tell you that order will be delivered timely. You will now relax.
6) They will never deliver your order and now when you again reach out to them for refund, they will first apologize and then after your insisting will force you to refund the money in your Winnie wallet (what a joke!). If you ask them to refund your money to bank account, they will provide you timeline of 15 to 20 days but will never confirm the processing the refund to bank account.
This is the complete process of how they will loot your money. Stay away from them.
Cheaters and a scam company
Extremely bad experience. This company is a scam. Please do not order with them. They took our order and looted us of 750 rupee and never delivered anything. After enquiring with customer support several times they said they cannot find the address and hence the order is closed. No delivery possible. Better luck next time, as if they expect us to order again. Such cheaters.
