Test quality also very very worst.

Suggest not to go for this site else u can prefer wormoven or freshandpetal

Bad experience

I have ordered a cake for a midnight birthday celebration. But the time schedule was bit confused on the Website as soon I realized it I tried to cancel my order a day before through the help desk someone attended me but after reading my cancel request nobody responded so then I send an email 12 hrs before my order then I got a reply I can't cancel my I can only change the schedule. That reply was really made me unhappy because in Winnie's cancellation policy it is clearly mentioned we can cancel any orders either 24hrs or 12 hrs time. I argued about it requested for my refund and the reply was Keep getting delayed this made my time loss and I didn't get any clear answer for this from anyone. Finally cake arrived even the cake was not worth the price I ordered a 1000 rs worth cake of 500gm but the quality was too bad. I am really sad about this awful service from winni. In. This was my first attempt with winni. So as this will be the last as well. Very poor quality and bad customer service. I really feels like I lost my money. I never ever recommend winni to anybody. I am so sorry about to say these but this is my feelings towards winni's service.

winni.in online service is complete fraud. Never ever order anything from this website you will end up losing your Money and time. I placed an Order ( Order ID **************) on 14th Feb 2021 and it was not delivered on 14th Feb and it was not delivered next day 15th Feb. 2021 as well and i received the confirmation email for successful delivery without getting any delivery from them.

I raised the complaint, I sent them email on info at winni.in, I tried calling on their fake number *******510 given on their website. Nothing happened. Every time you call on this number it will always be busy even 12:30 AM midnight.

They don't even deserve for one star rating. There is no choice of giving zero rating here on google review otherwise i would have given zero rating.

I know for sure even if winni's customer service read this message nothing will happen because they don't care for their customer.

I am writing this message for the people who suffer after they place the order... so don't even place any order from winni.

Placed order for rakhi, raksha bandhan cake and cadbury celebrations.

Cake - the cake was marked 749/- on their website, which was relevant for Rakhi(with image of sister tying rakhi to bro). I had no intention of buying a cake, just because I saw that I ordered.

Rakhi - scanned thru the website multiple times and chose one with rudraksha design.

And chocolates - chose cadbury celebration.

Overall 2597/- was the bill.

Now comes the horror - They delivered completely different stuff - the cake was a plain one and listed on their website for 499/-, the rakhi was completely different one. The chocolate was completely different.

I tried reaching through their unreliable customer care phone number - which is never answered.
Their live chat is a joke. As soon as I say, have an issue. I get 0 response. It is absolute ZERO. I waited for 30 mins to see, atleast an apology will come. But nothing
And their email support - i put forward my concern, they say it may have slightly varied. We will give you 50 rs. For what? To keep quite? So that i dont raise my concern?

You would rather not surprise any one than getting surprised like this with their ethics.
