Placed order for rakhi, raksha bandhan cake and cadbury celebrations.
Cake - the cake was marked 749/- on their website, which was relevant for Rakhi(with image of sister tying rakhi to bro). I had no intention of buying a cake, just because I saw that I ordered.
Rakhi - scanned thru the website multiple times and chose one with rudraksha design.
And chocolates - chose cadbury celebration.
Overall 2597/- was the bill.
Now comes the horror - They delivered completely different stuff - the cake was a plain one and listed on their website for 499/-, the rakhi was completely different one. The chocolate was completely different.
I tried reaching through their unreliable customer care phone number - which is never answered.
Their live chat is a joke. As soon as I say, have an issue. I get 0 response. It is absolute ZERO. I waited for 30 mins to see, atleast an apology will come. But nothing
And their email support - i put forward my concern, they say it may have slightly varied. We will give you 50 rs. For what? To keep quite? So that i dont raise my concern?
You would rather not surprise any one than getting surprised like this with their ethics.
