I had a terrible experience with an order I placed this morning at 10 AM. My order ID is **************. The seller's portal showed that it was delivered at 9:37 PM, but I did not receive the product. Furthermore, some products were missing and the one I did receive was damaged. I tried contacting their customer service several times, but no one answered or responded. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from them. It seems like they are engaging in fraudulent activities.

I had placed an order for valentines day for my wife stays in india.Delivery scheduled on14th feb.
There is no updates on delivery and there is no such contact numbers which shows on the web to connect.Spoiled the celebration.I lost my money.I beleive its a scam.I have written several mails in this regard and also sent watsapp messges but zero response

Worst service ever. Not first time actually. First time we thought they may be tried and would have made mistake.

First time we ordered for one delivery to our parents for wedding anniversary and they didn't delivered and the reason was surprising actually. We wanted to give it as a surprise then why they have to contact them for delivery.

Again we tried second time for one of our friend on Valentine's Day and the items delivered was really affected our relationship with them. This company really cheating and making money. When we complained they told they will refund INR 400/- back and we rejected it.

Our Valentine's Day order was a disappointment from start to finish. We had eagerly awaited the delivery of a cake, bouquet, and bamboo plant for the special occasion. However, our anticipation quickly turned to frustration. Firstly, the cake arrived a day late, on the 15th instead of the 14th. When it finally came, it was nothing short of disappointing – resembling a cheap, unappetizing creation one might find at a roadside bakery. The flowers, too, were lackluster, exhibiting signs of age and haphazard packaging.

To add insult to injury, the bamboo plant we ordered was nowhere to be found in the delivery. What's worse, attempts to contact the company were futile; they neither informed us of the delay nor bothered to answer our calls. This experience left us deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned. In all honesty, it was the worst online shopping experience we've ever had.

Very bad experience with Winni. Ordered Black Forest cake and finally got delivered strawberry flavour with very bad taste. Total waste of time and money. Occasion got fully spoiled. In addition few items were missing ( magic candle, rose petal spray and chocolates). Never ever recommend winni. The same review being written in mouth shut, google etc. Thanks for making us fool. The company is fraud. They took 50 Rs extra for delivery within 2 hrs. However no delivery at all. No response from the customer care and no one bothers to reply. No response on email. Strictly Avoid. Its waste of money.

This was my time ordee. I ordered stuff from winni app. I was so scared at that time that they will deliver it or not because I already placed a order one week ago but still scared because I used in my first time. It was my brother bday they delivered everything on time. Everything was perfect. I love this app. I recommend to everyone if they want to send sonething to india to their parents always use this app.

Why are you so late for delivery? You have to maintain your time limit. As on your tracking status, it is still in progress. Please Change your service policy.

Today I ordered a cake, a Bouquets, and a birthday a mug for my wife's birthday! I ordered it from abroad to be delivered to Kolkata. This guy did not deliver the mug and did not report missing items. When I called them from abroad, they held the line for long and misbehaved with me when I wanted to report fraud. Now they are saying that they will refund or deliver missing item. They also mentioned that they emailed me about the missing item but it's not true. My question is why they confirmed full delivery where they did not deliver all the item and misbehaving when a customer call to report the monkey business. The quality of the flower and cake was very bad. They do not send for reviews with this type of monkey business and there is no option to write review unless they allow. It shows that it is part of their business technique. The show reviews only good deliveries. I am attaching screen short of delivery update. We ordered cakes from Winni on numerous occasions for our Bangalore, India team. They are awesome and the staff loves them. High quality and delivered to the office. Great value. They website is easy to use, the web chat great for questions, and the product excellent.

This significant delay not only violated the promised delivery window but also disrupted the special plans I had in mind for the occasion. To make matters worse, there was no communication from Winni.in regarding the delay, leaving me frustrated and uninformed.

Adding insult to injury, Winni.in charged an extra fee for the delivery, a service that was far from satisfactory. The website showcases appealing images of their products, creating an expectation of high-quality items. However, the reality was starkly different. The cake delivered was not only subpar but could be described as nothing short of pathetic.

Attempting to seek redress, I tried to contact their customer care through the provided phone number, only to discover that it was out of service. The live chat option on their website proved equally futile, as it appeared to be automated and provided no real assistance. This lack of accessible customer support added to the overall frustration of the experience.

One of the most disheartening aspects of this ordeal was the realization that Winni.in outsources its orders to local vendors, who, in this case, failed to meet the promised standards. The disparity between the showcased images and the actual product delivered was evident, suggesting a lack of quality control and accountability.

Despite the 5-star ratings displayed on their website, my personal encounter with Winni.in has led me to question the authenticity of those reviews. I am inclined to believe that they may be misleading or, worse, manipulated to create a favorable image.

In conclusion, my experience with Winni.in on Valentine's Day was not just disappointing but also frustrating and infuriating. The late delivery, lack of communication, substandard product, and unresponsive customer service have left me with a bitter taste. I strongly advise against using Winni.in for any future purchases and hope that others can learn from my unfortunate experience.

They never deliver my order and marked it delivered.
When I tried to contact them the customer support executive rudely told me to do whatever I can do. The product marked delivered on their system and they didn't have any proof of delivery.

Order booked 2 days in advance to deliver in 10 to 2 slot. Message receives at 14-10 saying delivered. Actual delivery at 14-45, that too directing delivery boy for address on phone holding for a long time. Cake turned out to be absolutely dry as if made day earlier. Order number **************. Would never order again.

I ordered a fairy lights with 20 photos. Expected delivery 12 th July, delivered 16th July. Bad customer service.

Disgusting, found dead ant in the cake. I hope Winni intervenes and make the situation better. Absolutely disappointed

The presentation was extremely important for us, and we chose the cake based on the image. But the cake delivered to us looked completely different and very very basic. We added our own cake topper and kitkat bars on the cake to make it look ok. The deceiving image deserves 1 star, but the cake was tasty so giving 3 stars for that.

I ordered a mango cake. The picture on their site appeared appealing.
The cake delivered is Completely different design to the one on their site, very rushed and poor job on the design.
Upon complaining i was told i did not complain on time within 6-7 hours as per policy.

I ordered a gift set from this site! It includes chocolate and flowers. Everything is beautifully decorated, the flowers are fresh and long standing! In a word, I managed to please my mother!

I do not write any review but this is the worst experience I have. I have ordered cake for my mother in India and it suppose to delivered on Mother's day. My mom did not receive anything but I got the delivered confirmation email. You can't able to reach on the phone listed on their website and the email replay is a robo one. This is not about the money but playing their customer's emotions. I would stay away from this website.
