Guys please dont ever order from these cheaters. I ordered and paid for a cake which looked nothing like what i ordered when it was delivered.It was supposed to be a surprise for my son and turned out to be a disaster.The cake looked like some kid made it and wrote on it.It was nothing like the picture or description. They wouldn't even accept their mistake after sending them pictures of their horrible service! EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU INTEND TO MAKE YOUR SPECIAL ONES DAY SPECIAL.IM ADDING A PICURE OF THEIR SERVICE SO YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IM TALKING OF!
The worst company ever! My water delivery guy has better services than this company. The chats don't work, number isn't in use. A company run by $#*!s.

The cake was bad and they didn't even write the message I gave them. They wrote something else and then erased it (it was clearly visible that they have tried to erase it)

Onetime delivery and yummy cake. Better than FnP. The order process was smooth and delivery on schedule. They can however try to reduce the additional price taken for time based delivery.
Firstly, once you order- you aint allowed to make any changes. VERY Disappointing.
Secondly, what they showed while ordering and what they delivered- HUGE DIFFERENCE. THEY ARE FOOLING AROUND.

Have ordered Cake and Roses, Its a Surprise Midnight delivery, But got delivery at 11.30 pm itself, then why do you guys charge extra for Midnight Delivery, Have ordered Red Roses and but got Yellow Roses, Now No response from customer care, Very poor service, At lest respond to customer's questions
Winni - a fraud company
Winni is an absolutely fraud company which takes your orders, and then just won't deliver! When I contacted them multiple times they kept saying that the order has been completed! These people are only CHEATING their customers and making money. Just to remind them, my order number is *******3983! I have been cheated multiple times. PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ANY COST!
Ordered a heart shaped black forest cake... but delivered a round black forest cake.

Thank you for ruining my valentines day celebrations. Trusting your service was the biggest blunder I committed yesterday. Ordered a product at 7:50 am and the promised delivery time was from 8am to 10 pm. The most suppressing fact is that even after 14 hours you dint bother to even update the customer regarding the product delivery.I neither dint receive any response from your so called delivery executive or your customer support team. You have got the worst customer service. Told you to cancel my order today morning around 9:30 am and one of your executive told that she has cancelled it and later while checking the app it shows out for delivery. Called your pathetic and horrible customer service again and now a guy tells that the order can't be cancelled. First update your team about the terms and conditions and ask them to be polite to the customer inspite of your mistake. Horrible, pathetic and terrible service. Will never make a mistake of placing an order with you in future. Is this the way you treat a customer? Shameless guys! Dissatisfied and very disappointed with this! Shame on your team.
It was one worst moment of my life when I opened the box containing the cake. There was no icing on the cake. I had look like a fool in front of everyone. Feeling screwed by Winni.
