I had ordered the Peace Lily plant for my mother that was later substituted with a Bamboo plant and when asked for compensation, they offered 5 Dairy milk chocolates bar.
My mother was longing for the Peace lily plant which she did not get. My mother received numerous call from the delivery boy.
The product was delivered in a polythene bag, Chocolates were Rs. 10/- and were melted on arrival and card message was shabbily written and on a piece of paper.

It was same day delivery.
Worst service, flowers were not fresh no greeting card abd cake was of 300 Rupees, waste of money 1600 rupees they took. Pathetic service quality is worst
I ordered for a cake on 17th sept to be delivered on 1st oct. I was very excited for the cake i chose ( fluttery butterfly). After ordering a cake for 6000/-, silly me wanted to read all the reviews and they were pretty bad!

Now I don't know whether i should thank them for atleast delivering on the same day ( because the reviews said otherwise) or i should complain because the cake didn't look like the one they showed. Hahaha!
Very dissatisfied with their service. Wrong cake delivered, the design did not match to the one given on the website and the name on the cake was also wrong. When asked to replace, their guy came to rewrite on the same cake. My dad's bday cake looked shabby. Very disappointed with their casual attitude and rude behavior. Waste of money. NEVER GOING TO ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!

Very poor service, very late in delivering orders. Customer service is least bothered and the worst part was they have written bhabi on the cake which I ordered for my wife.
I ordered cake and bouquet from Winni on the Occasion of fathers day. The flowers were fresh and look soo nice.
Taste of cake is also super. We can try for some other occasions also.
