I ordered flowers and a bamboo plant to be delivered in Delhi on 12th May 2019. The order status for # *******4165 was updated to Delivered incorrectly on website portal. The order was never delivered!
I contacted Chat 3 times. The reps are neither responsive nor willing to listen to the issue.
Winni has not contacted me back. I have not even been offered a refund or delayed delivery of goods I rightfully ordered.

For a company that makes big promises on their website, they have no value or respect for customer satisfaction

Update: I received another email from WINNI on May 15th that the order was Delivered. Another LIE from the company.
Finally they have agreed to refund the $ in 15-20 days! In this day and age, they take about 3 weeks to refund $.
Forget about customer satisfaction

I ordered cake for my mom/dad on their anniversary but they had to go to at one of our relatives due to some unavoidable circumstances. These guys straightforward refused to change the address. When pressed hard, they demanded extra 150 for the address even though it was in the neighborhood. They refused to even cancel the order. Ultimately, after 2 hours of chatting with their rep, I had to pay the extra 150.

Such a a pathetic experience!

I am very disappointed with their service. They deliver products which are in bad condition then they send replacement after chasing them. They don't obey the timeline you gave them for delivery. I had a horrible experience where my Rakhi never got delivered and to make it worse when I chased customer service very cooly he wanted to shift his responsibility to me and asked me to chase with the courier people. Don't ever order from these guys.

We just ordered some flowers and chocolate for my mother in-law. It came on on time and with personal note. The bouquet looks from the pictures little smaller, nevertheless we are happy with the prompt service.

Soft and the toppings were well placed, delivery people are also taking good care and the packing is also well articulated, I'm totally satisfied with the service they provided, It was super tasty. Really good quality

At first I was apprehensive about ordering birthday cake for my son online, but as I had very few other options, we went ahead with winni.in.
We had ordered a eggless lightening mcqueen cake in kolkata. The cake arrived on time and tasted superb. Everyone in the party asked where we had got the cake from. The delivery person travelled more than 4 hours from across the city and managed to get the cake without damage. So thanks to the winni team and the delivery person. You guys are awesome

There are so many sites to order flowers and chocolates. Unfortunately I picked this one. First of all they send the wrong flower color. If that was not enough they delivered only a partial order by not delivering the most expensive chocolates (700rs out out 2100) not delivered... if this not bad enough when I try to reach customer support the number is invalid. Lol... such a legit business. Sarcasm loaded.
Finally when I try to chat online with them spent 1 hour to no avail...
How do I report this website for fraud and file a consumer compliant so that others are not frauded like this.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Do not trust this company at all. I paid more than Rs. 1700 for flowers, ferrero rocher chocolates some Cadbury's and a small teddy bear. All that the recepient got was some duplicate chocolates which looked like Ferrero Rocher but was some local company, a tiny teddy and 1 small box of Cadbury's. No flowers. All in all it would have cost less than Rs 500. What a ripoff. Tried complaining through
Email and chat and I haven't got any response to date. Their phone number is a joke! Please do not waste your money by ordering through them
