That's what I look for when I chat with some rep online. Winni gave answers faster and also told me what can be done when there's actually no way to get what I need due my location.
I have ordered a cake and some flowers and the service to customer is excellent. Just delighted with the way they involve you in the conversation and help you to get what you are looking for. The delivery changes are high but fine if its only for midnight.
I ordered a Red Velvet Cake from Winni for a special occasion. I ordered the cake in the evening at 4:00 PM. It was delivered by 9:15 PM. The taste of the cake was very good. Allover good service quality by Winni.
My wife ordered cake for me on New Year but the cake which you have shown and which you have delivered is totally different.
You guys charged Rs 1900/- for that Worst cake.
I will not recommend this to anyone.

Made a last minute order. Previously ordered cake (chocolate truffle) which was loved by everyone in the family. They said it is the best cake they had in a while. Ordered roses now. Hopefully they ll be delivered on time!

I ordered some sweets to deliver on holi. But it was not delivered even after 3 days. When I asked to tell me exact date & time, they said it would be delivered tomorrow and if it would not delivered tomorrow, they would reschedule it to some other day. When I asked for refund, they refund the money into their winni wallet. So it is totally fraud. My money is never given me back.

I am sincerely saying that we are really happy with your on time service & the quality of cake. I ordered a chocolate fudge cake online for my sister's son at Chennai & it was really a surprise for them. Moreover it was really tasty.
I ordered them for a cake on valentine and they did not fulfilled it.
Now they are not replying on support chat or via email.
If i call them they put me on hold for a hour.
It looks like they are very greedy and somehow want to take money without thinking about they have capacity to fulfill it or not!
So dont order then on any special day because they will not fulfill you order.
I ordered flowers and cake only cake was delivered. I tried contacting customer care online no one responded. Then I emailed them they said they will look into it and then never got back to me. Very disappointed with the service and customer care team.
I am very pleased with the customer service that I received. Before ordering, I had few questions that were replied to in a timely fashion. After ordering, I had not received the shipment, but when I sent my inquiry, once again it was answered promptly with an explanation for the delay. I also appreciate that an email was sent to confirm the receipt.
Pathetic service...first a fall they don't deliver on time...tried contacting all the customer support no...all are switched off...watsapp no...says right now not available...what I am suppose to do...? How to contact you'll? Or u can't deliver plz refund my money...
This was my worst experience ever with any online delivery service. I ordered three items and wanted them to be delivered on the same day but the next slot was of next day so I kinda dropped off from this site and then one guy calls me from this number: *******070 and asks me to pay the amount and give the orderID and promised me that he will get it delivered on the same day which btw never happened. And I was not able to connect to this number after then.
Then next day, I got a call from winni and they say that the flowers that you ordered cant be delivered cause we don't have it right now, you can order cake instead and they just had one option in that. Till now I haven't received the order.
I was so frustrated with the kind of service i got from this site. It was my parents's anniversary and these guys totally ruined my gesture.
So guys order at your risk. This is not reliable at all.

Fraudster took away my Rs3446 and never delivered
I had ordered a cake, bamboo plant, hats and flowers for my Dad's 80th birthday since I am out of the country and cannot make it due to covid, these guys ruined it all, never delivered a single item nor are they refunding my money, the order total was Rs: 3446. I have written multiple times no use, have spent hours to chat with their agents. Covid has hit everyone that doesn't meant one gets to cheating... pathetic. I have ended up filing a Cyber fraud case with case # **************, i wished I could attach files here. And the order # was **************
