The most worst onlie delivery system I have ever seen from some site, last night ordered a cake for valentine day and they just did not deliver it at all, no call, no msg, no proper number to call... absolutely nothing, never ever dare to order from this site
I ordered 2 cakes and a plant for my fathers birthday. The cakes were old and stale and the plant was moth eaten. Upon submitting a complaint, their response was "it's natural, we have provided what's ordered"
The site is really good and user-friendly as well! Liked the products, but they should think about low-cost products also OR discounts.
I got the help so quickly and like the service as well. Price is quite not that much low but satisfied with the customer service. Had a conversation with Rimple over there on live chat and the experience she did while purchasing product too!

I just love it winni best delivery superb members thnk u I was very confused whether I should go ahead a order or not as I read few bad reviews as well... but thankfully the roses n chocolates I ordered were delivered on time and date... the roses were fresh. Delivery was done at door step... my experience was very good with this app

Initially it was messy about the delivery and the cake order they gave me a surprise about cost and the size of the cake it's was all last minute I know how I have handle it, the customer service no one response customer service executive are very late back to answer I was really got worried on the whole procedures
Anyways I can't be more harsh there are some loose polls you guys have to fixed.
I appreciate that cake and gifts were delivered on time and my nephew was very happy with cake that broad smile on his face made me forget everything.

We had a really good and professional experience with one of their CSR named Shivi. She was very helpful. We didn't have a fixed time slot but she managed to update it for us. so, we thank you for your generosity.
I ordered a black current cake + bouquet for midnight delivery. At 11:00PM I called up the customer care to check if the delivery is happening or not. So that I could have arranged for an alternative if there were any problems. The customer service executive said that it was out for delivery and there are no issues. 10 minutes before midnight, I get a pre-default text stating the cake was damaged and delivery will get delayed by 3 hours. It was finally delivered next day after noon. This is after they took Rs. 250 extra for midnight delivery.
It doesn't end here. These people have no regard for your choice of cakes also. After hours of searching I finally selected a beautiful looking black current cake and the delivered a simple chocolate cake without having the courtesy to inform me! What a pathetic service.
I never should have ordered from this site. Ruined the day completely!

I paid for rich delicious expensive cake for surprise delivery to my friend and he got so pathetic cheap cake.
I called their customer care and their executive didn't entertain and bang phone.

I have ordered cake for my mom on june 4th. But they have cancelled the order due to covid 19. But still now( july 3rd) they didn't refund the amount. Not responding properly also. They have cheated us. whenever I'm asking for refund they are telling that problem is from bank side. So please stay away from this app. Very very worst app..
I ordered cake and flowers and also called customer service about the timing to deliver but they really spoiled my surprise by late delivery.
Very bad exp with the customer service, they are not in any mood to help you once you ordered.
They cant share you the number of the delivery boy to contact for status.
They can't change the address even if it was because they delayed the delivery.
They cant cancel the order even if it was there fault.
Overall dont use this site. Very bad exp for me..
Ordered close to 10k order for various cake. They delivered rotten cake, when I asked for the refund, the denied citing T&C. Worst Experience.
Most the 5 star reviews are paid reviews. And few genuine good reviews are based on their luck. If you are unlucky, you will receive a 7 days old cake and can do nothing about it. They are extremely rude and don't bother about your experience.
Please don't fall for prey like me.

Found good service. I highly recommend winni mainly for those who live overseas as I am in Washington and I ordered cake and other stuff for my dad's b'day, the assistance provided by Aisha was very helpful and the dad liked the surprise which was awesome. Cheers! Winni.
I wish I could give 0 stars! These guys are running a small online scam. They are operational in a few cities, but they'll receive orders online from everywhere in India. Beware if you are from not those cities, they'll take your money and probably not deliver your order. I ordered a Rose Plant from Mumbai. They took forever to send it, and when they did, they sent me a dead plant. When asked, they clearly refused to refund.
Tastiest cup cakes I've had! Soft and the toppings were well placed, delivery people are also taking good care and the packing is also well articulated. Wishes! Used Winni for the first time and I'm totally satisfied with the service they provided. The quality of cake was great.It was super tasty, really good quality! Appreciate to simran for support. I ordered a round plum cake for a birthday occasion but I was delivered slices of cake in rectangular boxes. I was also sent a veg cake even when I did not choose the eggless option.
This is the worst insult I have ever received of being forced to eat a veg cake when I'm a pure nonveg.
And customer call service is even worse. Sounds like a bunch of Punjabi college drop outs who take the calls. They just keep on hold and come back to say sorry or they will just disconnect without providing resolution.
No reply to emails. No call backs.
I had to call them 6-7 times to make them understand the issue and they deal with some other vendor and helpless to fix any issue.
Money is just flushed down the drain.
