Disgusting, found dead ant in the cake. I hope Winni intervenes and make the situation better. Absolutely disappointed

First of all the cake look ugly the golden dots on cake was not visible the ribbon mention in the site was golden n wat I got is yellow.Feerero rockers was wrhout there brown cover at the bottom n roses was dull dead n Ferrero n roses was not stick also presentably.The whole cake was rubbish look wise.i feeled ashamed removing the cake in front of every one

Hi friends at Winni i find the ordering process was seamless, and the delivery was prompt. winni.in's website is surely user-friendly, making it easy to browse and select chocolates from their extensive collection.
The checkout process was hassle-free, and I received regular updates regarding the status of my order.
The chocolates were delivered fresh and well-packaged, which speaks volumes about winni.in's commitment to customer satisfaction.

I do not write any review but this is the worst experience I have. I have ordered cake for my mother in India and it suppose to delivered on Mother's day. My mom did not receive anything but I got the delivered confirmation email. You can't able to reach on the phone listed on their website and the email replay is a robo one. This is not about the money but playing their customer's emotions. I would stay away from this website.

I wish i can give 0 review to this website I have send mother's day cake and flowers for my mom and sister. They received only cake not flowers so my sister called to see y order was incomplete. Some guy picked up phone and started using bad words to her instead of solving problem. So I emailed couple of times to let them know what's having they keep saying your order has been delivered so next day again I made my mom to call the girl picked up phone she explained her all situation she said she will call back but no call back no nothing This is how these people treat customer...very bad experience...

Order was delivered 1 day late, I have ordered for mothers day and it was delivered next day.
When I called customer service to complain, he disconnected my call by saying thank you.
There was no email or messages sent for delay in order, I am not sure what type of service is this.
I would never recommend anyone to order from here. I spent 50dollars and my surprise was ruined.

I had ordered for a cake on 15th may 2023 morning and cake was bot delivered till date...it was supposed to be delivered between 10Am to 2PM...status was showing ready to dispatch...but that never got dispatched...contacted support line...multiple times and go the response as "cake on its way" which never came our way...to whomsoever it's concerned...with this experience it feels like this not a genuine site...just waste of time and energy

Had a really bad experience. I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day yesterday. Everyone! Please beware that the online representation of their products DOES NOT accurately reflect the exact delivery of the item. BAD QUALITY AND BAD SERVICE. Save your hard-earned money and stay away from this company!

I tried alternative of Ferns and Petals, i thought winni would be great choice, they ruined my motherds day.! 14th May is the Mothers day but these Unprofessionals are trying to deliver on 15th May. They literallary ruin the someone's emotions...

Please put correct images on your site, don't fool customers. I have ordered red roses bouquet, but instead I have received pink roses bouquet in worst condition with stale flowers. The cake also looks so different from the image. Please don't trust this site.

Worst horrible experience. Don't even dare to buy from them, they will deliver hours late and flowers will be completely dry. Better not to give flowers to anyone than give such pathetic flowers. Really wasted my money and time, you guys suck!

Ordered cake from Winni app but they have sent some local cheap cake with printout hard picture placed over the cake

I ordered first time from Winni and i am very very dissatisfied from the item received and also the behaviour of customer care.

I ordered item named "My Beautiful Mother Oil Painting Art" from winni. But i got soft copy only while i order for photo frame.

The "soft copy" option was selected by default and there must be a prompt saying that "soft copy is selected and you will get soft copy only" before proceeding the next window.

I asked for refund but did not get any response back. Here are so many reasons for not using winni.
1. i ordered for Photo Frame and i got Soft copy only and
2. The quality of softcopy is crap. Its like someone used photoshop and just changed background to animated. No creativity is used. Not one percent good as compared to sample painting.
3. How can "Oil Painting Art" be a soft copy. Where are Oil and Art used here.
4. For Soft copy how on earth you can ask for INR 1400. Its very low quality and 5 minutes photoshop work which anyone can do for free.

Waste of money on the name of winni so called brand
They delivered local bakery cakes cost 2 to 300 by cahrged almost 650
Cake's base as well icing is very local
I wasted my money; 650 which could cost me in local bakeries 300

I ordered bamboo tree for my friend. The plant had yellow stems very few leaves and pathetic and on complaining received no response

They will deliver the cakes that they have but not we have ordered. They will not provide any refunds also and they will not respond well also. Don't trust this site and don't waste ur money. The below image is the cake that i haven't ordered.

Firstly they Delivered wrong flowers and secondly whatever they delivered were old dying flowers and never gave me my money back. They ruined my anniversary... Tried calling them multiple times but they said they don't have a refund policy!
