Bed is as described, comfortable. Foundation, you may be better off getting elsewhere.

Excellent and complete information and specifications. Easy install and so far so good but think we should have gone with a pillowtop

The box arrived severely damaged. UPS attempted to put the bed back into the box and cover up the fact it had fallen out during transportation.

I love my winkbed. This is my second one and it's firm and supportive yet I feel like I'm floating on it because of all the layers of cushion

Experience has been great. Ordered bed. Arrived in a timely manner. Had a defect. Customer service responded right away and offered 3 solutions to correct mattress defect. I really appreciate the customer service. This is a really big purchase for us. Ordering online can be a bit of an unknow. They back their products 100%.

We have used many beds over our 30 year marriage, usually all memory foam. We always beds had different comfort levels, but had no idea how one bed could shed new light on comfort. We weren't overly impressed with comfort, immediately feeling the difference. But, the very first morning I did not wake up the usual tired way. I used to always feel like I didn't sleep at all. Now I wake up fully rested. Now I know what a proper bed should feel like. Thank you

Firmer bed is just what I needed. My back is so happy.

We researched best beds for couples with back issues and wanted very little motion transfer, as I am a light sleeper. This bed delivers! And speaking of delivery, it came faster than anticipated! Bonus.

Good so far. Box the bed came in was a little wet, but thankfully the protective seal it came in kept it from getting damaged.

Order and follow-up experience were excellent. I was a little concerned after unrolling it that it was a queen instead of king, and called to check after hours. It expanded fully after cutting the bag and we enjoyed a good first night's sleep. I was immediately contacted in the morning by phone and email to be sure all was right.

Too early for specific feedback. Only have it 2 weeks.
