I will let you know the actual mattress is, but the box showed up a complete wreck and I hope and pray what's inside is still in tact. Not to mention it's ridiculously heavy and they should offer some sort of White Glove service.

Very good experience! There was a small problem involving tracking numbers that customer service resolved immediately. And there was a minor issue with the platform assembly. All the legs should not be screwed in place followed by the two side brackets. Two of the legs needed to be screwed in after the side brackets were placed. The leg/bracket problem was easy to figure out and overall the platform assembly was quick.
The bed itself was easy to unwrap and roll out. The bed was a bit too firm for me but 3" of memory foam and the mattress was perfect for me.
I had the luxury firm and loved it. The bed held up well, but I didn't. As I've gotten older and am dealing with more aches and pains, I needed a firmer bed. The Firmer WinkBed is perfect for me. And I can't believe thier generous policy to let you trade your bed for half price (I had my first WinkBed for three years).
