Received the mattress within one week. Shipped via UPS and arrived one day after the published delivery date (as experienced with a previous mattress shipped via UPS).

Easy to navigate and shop and check out was simple.

Please make it easier to choose bed selections on your website. I found it through wire cutter and had to spend lots of time digging through links in order to find the right selections.

Best of the best. No fluff and super detailed so it made buying hassle free. Makes sense at how many times this bed was recommended to me. Customer support is also super fast and super friendly. Answered all my questions within a day!

When parts with missing to our bed frame in a move, the winkbed staff asked me to take a picture and quickly resolved it. Thank you so much.!

Robert, helped me with the exchange. He offered to keep both mattresses for a 60-day period so I can chose the one that fits better with my back and to be sure before asking for the pickup of the first mattress or in case I needed to send both back in order to get a refund. So far, I love the new mattress, it is firmer.

Delivery was atrocious. Dumped in our front yard and my husband and I had to try and get it upstairs - we are both seniors - which was challenging.
Had it over a year and underwhelmed. It has a very basic feel and certainly not luxurious. If you are looking for very firm then you may like it but it is certainly missing the plush aspect. Over priced and over rated. You can certainly find far better mattresses at this price point.

Hi - still too early to rate the bed. The purchase experience was excellent except for the fact that it took four or five days to get a confirmation email telling me what the next step was going to be. During that time, i did not know what had happened to my order other than it was received. I was provided no information on when I would receive the bed. I ended up calling customer service to ask what the next step would be. Earlier and more complete communication would have been helpful.

Our bed arrived earlier than expected which is always appreciated when you're anxious. It's high quality and about half the price that we paid for our previous mattress.

Get the foundation first. Bed came pretty quick thereafter. Opened everything to begin assembly. Foundation had missing parts. Called and found that someone else made the foundation and Wink would have to contact them. I had donated my old things and didn't have anything to sleep on. Customer service said it would be ok to sleep on the mattress on the floor. I'm not putting a $2,000 mattress on the floor. Had to make other arrangements for 3 nights till foundation part came.
