My order of 12 bottles arrived with 11 bottles. I reached out and was offered a credit on a future order. Not the best option in my opinion. This was for a charity virtual wine tasting, so as long as the organization gets their portion, I can live with it - it is more about the charity than the wine, but people should be aware. This is not an optimal way to do business. Will not purchase again. The $12 credit isn't enough incentive to try again.
Been buying wine from here for more than 5 years, including when they were Barclays wine, we easily go through few hundred bottles a year, and they make it really affordable with multiple promos. You get great tasting french and other European wines for a lot less than in store. No hassle fast deliveries. I have had to get a few bottles replaced a few years back as they were spoilt possibly due to delivery issues. They replaced with no problems. Any issue I have had has been resolved fast. I have been thru many mail in wine clubs, and this is great because you can order when you want, and don't have to order at a pre defined schedule.

I enjoy sampling new wines, so this is actually perfect for me. I don't worry if there is a bottle I don't love, I move on to try the next one. Ordering is easy, delivery to a close by mail spot and easy pick up! Beware! This company is a huge disappointment, when you look at their website it looks like a safe professional wine business but in reality they send promo codes, allow you to use them all day, take your information and then refund you the next day informing you it was a glitch, a glitch that lasted all day! I felt safe seeing that Martha Stewart is associated with this business but don't be fooled what you see is not what you get. Not even a little.

Don't expect a responsive customer service team from this site. I wanted to redeem a Groupon and I had a question about the sales tax I was being charged. My question was ignored. I probably never will order from this company again, but I will reserve my decision until I see what they ship me. From some of the other reviews, it could be real low quality and not what was expected (red vs white).

I've ordered more than a dozen cases of wine since mid-March of this year. I've ordered pre-set selections, specials and picked my own, which is great, as this is not a club! All wines have been very drinkable and most have been quite good for the price. I've been offered discounts when they felt that the wine hasn't shipped quickly enough, but shipments as of late have been quite timely. I think Wine Insiders is doing a great job, and I will continue to order from them.
