I've ordered many bottles of red wines from them. I've done 5 orders this year so far. Even with the COVID disruptions everywhere else, they are quick to send me my orders. They are always great wines for a great price! Shipping is always fast and the bottles are packed nice and secure. They are my favorite online wine seller. When you need to stock up on wine, do it here! I usually get French and Italian reds. I have never had to return anything or had a bad wine from them. I don't leave many reviews, but this one is so good it needs to be shared.

We enjoy the wine we receive. This isn't them but Fed Ex is not our favorite carrier. But the company is great and so is the wine. We have been members for years, going back to when they were the Taste of California. Service has been great. If there is problem they have been quick to respond.

When my sister-in-law opened up her car trunk, she took out a box that read "WINE INSIDERS". That started the whole conversation about buying wine online. She gave us one wonderful bottle of red wine but have no more to give since she had no more :( So my wife and I looked online and decided to buy a case at a very reasonable price. I have always viewed wine like music: it's very personal and everyone has his or her own taste. Wine Insiders is like satellite radio. You can pick what you want, it's not expensive, and there's a wide variety to choose from. Generally, my wife and I have a selection of 8-9 wines we buy by the case, and every once in a while we'll get a curated case just to see what's out there that we might be missing. WI ships quickly and customer service is terrific; they've cheerfully bailed me out of a couple of stupid order mistakes I've made. The best part is WI prices, especially if you take advantage of their full case specials. As much as I love browsing wine stores, the shops can't (or don't want to) hold a candle to WI prices. If you are into certain popular wine brands or vintages, WI may not be for you, but if you like to look around and try different wines without breaking the bank, for me there is no better way to do it than WI. You won't like everything, but I can almost guarantee you will find surprising little wines you never heard of that you'll want to keep several bottles on the rack (or a case if you have the space).

Wine insiders has been our site to go to to get great wine at a good price. We have been using them for at least 10 years maybe more.
Delivery is fast, prices are reasonabl that we didn't like e and specials are great.
Have had minimal bottles that were "just" ok and maybe 3 bottles over years That were"bad" and called and got credit for them.
We like trying varieties of wines and have had favorites that we like to reorder and new ones that will order in future

I have been mostly satisfied with the wine I have purchased. The pricing was excellent, if you don't want to spend a lot of money. Some has been excellent; most average but acceptable, and a few, real stinkers. Oh, well, as they say, you get what you pay for. I have a weakness for French wine, and they've got that galore, but most of it, I notice, is from Bordeaux, which is famous for its cheap, mass-produced product (intended years ago for the British market, I believe). That doesn't mean it's all bad, though. Some were fabulous. Service was excellent, delivery fast, and I will order again. (BTW, where are those coupons? I haven't seen any!) Also, throw us a burgundy once in a while!
