Have been a loyal customer for many years as I pretty well only shop with Wine Insiders. My only complaint is that I get these "special" offers because I am so loyal but can never use them because they are not good when there are special sales going on which happens almost always. There is a business adage that acquiring new customers is always more expensive then keeping your old ones so take care of them. My advise to Wine Insiders is to stop giving out empty promises or mean what they say when you get a "special" $25 discount. Correct this and I will give you a 5 Star rating!

I've been doing this for maybe three years? Have tried 2-3 other mail order wine sites and never reordered from those. Ships promptly. I have it delivered to my office bc requires signature 21 or older. When I get lucky they offer $29 bottles for $9-11.

I discovered Wine Insiders several years ago and, apart from occasionally running dry, I have not bought wine through a retail outlet since. Wine Insiders offers 3 distinct advantages over liquor stores and grocery stores:
1) Price - Wine Insiders offers really great wines at very good prices. This is enhanced even more when you take advantage of their many sales and discount offers.
2) Variety - Wine Insiders has a tremendous selection of wines from all over the world. I really enjoy trying the many new and varied labels they offer.
3) Easy - Physically going to the store to buy wine can be a pain... particularly if you like to buy wine in larger quantities (thus reducing the number of trips to the store). Wine Insiders offers easy selection and payment and can deliver to your door a few days later.

Finally, a resource for great California wines that doesn't require me to sign up for automatic shipments. I can order when I'm ready and the prices are very competitive for excellent wines.
