I've been a customer with Wine Insiders for about a decade but during the pandemic and with the great deals, and - most importantly - the great wine - I've been ordering more often. I don't think I ever received a bad bottle of wine. Their delivery is quick - usually within a day or two. I have found their customer service responsive, especially during the time of Covid when there were, understandably, delays. When I called, they apologized and we received our wine within the next 2 days. When there are delays, I receive offers of significant discounts or a gift. I have been along standing member of Win Insiders and almost all of their wine has been great and reasonably priced. I have only had an issue once, but they immediately refunded the few bottles that i did not like, which says allot for them. It is shipped quickly and i have enjoyed the wine each time. I have tried many clubs and i think Wine Insiders has been my favorite and i have recommended to many family and friends.

I have been a customer if wine insiders for many years. They have a nice selection of wines from all over the world. Their prices are reasonable and frequently offers great discounts. The title tells it all. The wonderful wines live up to their descrptions. They promised good quality wines from around the world at very good prices, and that's exactly what I have been experiencing. I am not a wine connoisseur, but I do like certain types of wines and to experience the variety of wines produced in various countries around the world. It is also extremely important that a company is easy to deal with and stands behind their promises, which is exactly what I have found is the case. I recently experienced a mixup on the packaging of wines in my order, this is the first time this had happened. I called them up to make arrangements to resolve the problem. Not only did they fix the problem they did it while I was still on the phone and shipped it out the same day. I have absolutely no qualms that any problems I may experience in the future will be handled just as well.
