I've ordered more than a dozen cases of wine since mid-March of this year. I've ordered pre-set selections, specials and picked my own, which is great, as this is not a club! All wines have been very drinkable and most have been quite good for the price. I've been offered discounts when they felt that the wine hasn't shipped quickly enough, but shipments as of late have been quite timely. This is so much fun. The prices, selections and free shipping to your door if you buy 6 are all bonuses. Reading write-ups about each bottle are just like reading descriptions of clothes in other sites. "These jeans will make you look 20 pounds thinner" NOT. So I really don't pay any attention to the flavor notes. I just go for the reds and pick a whole bunch of different ones and I am always happy. My favorites I write down and try to get again.

I have tried white, rose and red wines from Wine Insiders and have not had a bad one yet. And I am picky about my red wine. The variety is great - they offer wines from all over the world at a price lower than my local wine shop. I love the option to ship to my local pharmacy so I can pick up up at my convenience instead of having to be home to sigh for it. The usually ship right away. During the first month or so of COVID, there was a little delay due to the volume, but they set expectations and gave me a discount on my next purchase to make up for it.
