Wine Insiders is one of the best services that I have ever used. Wonderful quality wine at an affordable price delivered directly to my door! Delivery is always super quick, usually within two days. It's nice to get quality wine at a low price!
You'd think when you buy a six month package on Groupon you'd get six months but apparently within their fine print, you are automatically enrolled and billed in their subscription package. My seventh month was more expensive than the previous six combined. Disingenuous marketing.

I've ordered many bottles of red wines from them. I've done 5 orders this year so far. Even with the COVID disruptions everywhere else, they are quick to send me my orders. They are always great wines for a great price! Shipping is always fast and the bottles are packed nice and secure. They are my favorite online wine seller. When you need to stock up on wine, do it here! I usually get French and Italian reds. I have never had to return anything or had a bad wine from them. I don't leave many reviews, but this one is so good it needs to be shared.

I have ordered wine from Wine Insiders for several years. Generally, I have been very pleased with their selection and rankings. There is an occassional substitution or missing bottle, which is quickly taken care of by Customer Service. If you are looking for top shelf $50 wines, buy it at your local wine shop. If you are looking for a wide variety of daily table wines, this is the best source I've found.

Ordered a case of 12 reds to start and found a few favorites. Other wine clubs have no availability to reorder but I have found some available for a second and third time. Prices are good with their frequent promotions. I was concerned about shipping in the heat of the summer but for PA my order was shipped in the evening and received the next day. FedEx is not even requiring a signature during Covid-19 making full contact less delivery.

I usually buy a case per month of red wines that I have found to be delicious and well priced. The Fed-Ex delivery arrives within 5 days to a designated Fed-Ex partner business, where the wines can stay cool until I can pick them up. Very important step in Arizona!

Ordering was very easy, delivery was terrible. Kept getting notifications from FedEx, 4 different attempts multiple phone calls to both FedEx and Wine Insiders. Too much time wasted and too many people involved.
Because of the current pandemic, I decided to try ordering wine on line for the first time. I have been extremely happy with the experience. I especially like the fact that Wine Insiders does not ask that I secure a membership as other places I looked into. Our first wine order at the beginning of the Covid shut down understandably took longer to arrive in PA, but Wine Insiders let us know what to expect. This is a great way to buy wine without leaving your living room. We aren't wine experts but we know what we like and we've found several wines we really like at an excellent price point. My only complaint is we haven't been able to repurchase some of the wines we like. This may be due to the pandemic and shipping issues? Not being able to keep up with demand? Delivery is very fast. And if the wine comes after the promised date, a great deal is offered. I would love to see some specials like an all Chardonnay box or an all Rose box, etc. Thank you for this wonderful option to purchase good wines conveniently without breaking the bank.
