I am a regular customer and enjoy trying new wines at great prices. I started out buying the pre-selected packages and learned about our favorites and now I generally select my wine from the huge selection. I still get some of the pre-selected packages, especially the regional packages like the wines of Spain and Portugal. I am never disappointed. Shipping slowed down somewhat in March and April, but that was to be expected during a pandemic, but now shipping is back at its usual fast pace. Great way to enjoy a wide variety of wine at very good prices.
Originally heartwood and oak, was a fantastic company! I ordered from them all the time. Once wine insiders took over the whole company has gone down hill. Wine is not as good and prices get higher all the time. We have moved on to other companies.

I have ordered from here many times and I'm almost always happy. The only complain is that sometimes they are out of what I want. The wine is generally good, the prices are outstanding and you can't beat getting wine delivered to your door. One too: stay away from the mystery case.

When the state closed its liquor stores, we found Wine Insiders to provide supplies for the long haul. The selection is good, many varieties from the worlds wine regions. They specialize in good value for price. We tried both whites and reds and have found all selections to be good and some exceptional. The website is easy to move around and sort. Check out is easy and delivery is usually within the week. I have been ordering from this site for a couple of years now and have been more than satisfied. Out of I don't know how many (more than 10) only One shipment a bottle was broken, I emailed them a picture and they issued me a credit for my next order. I have recommended two or three friends and they now use as well.

I love the prices and products offered.
However, the company uses FedEx for shipping. They are seldom on time, and have "lost" my shipment as well.
Something else. They ran a marketing program offering a free gift of a wine decanter. My purchase didn't qualify for the gift, because I ordered TOO MUCH product. I found that odd and off-putting.

Wine Insiders offers good wine at good prices. Each wine has a brief description that helps to make choices based on personal taste. The brands are not those seen in the stores all of the time, so the descriptions really matter as you try new wines. Orders are packed well and shipped - FREE with a certain number of bottles, usually 6 or more - and arrive within a week. It is so convenient to not have to pick them up at a store and haul them around. Highly recommend.

I love this wine company. During quarantine the shipping took a little longer but the company made it known right away and they offered a coupon to compensate for the delay. I rated 4 stars because they tend to be out of stock for the wines that I love without knowing when it would be back in stock. All the wine I've received has been delicious. Consistently good wines. I've had a few that were not to my liking, but for the price and ease of pickup and delivery, it's worth it. I especially like that they do not rope you into a monthly/quarterly club that you have to opt out of. They just let you buy wine when you want. And the sales they have are fantastic.
I've always had good luck with their customer service department, including them going above and beyond to help me with an order that was sent to an old address. They replaced the shipment at no cost to me and followed up several times via phone calls to make sure the new address was correct and to inform me when the order was supposed to arrive. Solid wine company in my opinion.

The wines are nice, but the delivery is terrible. FedX is suppose to be the deliverer, but the delivery has been handed to people in unmarked white vans who pretend to be FedX. They send you emails that say they tried to deliver at a certain time and no one was there. Complete lie! I stayed home for three days and no one came. Then one night some kid dumped it on my doorstep and didn't even Ask me to sign... so there goes your dumb rule that an adult needs to be home
