About two years ago Window World in Waco, TX was hired to replace the ancient single pane aluminum frame windows with vinyl double pane. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Up to the day of installation and a follow up the communication was constant. And the installers took the time to explain what they were doing at all times. The new windows have made a huge difference in our energy costs. I would recommend the Waco location.
Window world (of Waco) representative created multiples of our quote/order form (that we weren't aware of). They ordered the wrong color and will not make it right. I even had to walk the rep up to my other windows to show him we needed to order almond (not white). He held up the color swatch and admitted I was correct on the almond color. So he changed it to almond so that's what we thought we were ordering. Have copies of initial meeting that shows the correct color of almond on the form. The installers also left large shards of broken glass in our yard. We have kids and pets that play outside. I also work in the flower beds. Do not recommend using this business. We thought we were dealing with professionals. Apparently not. Very disappointed in the lack of initiative to help make it right. We have another house with 37 windows we are about to replace. Will not be using them on our next project or any future projects.

There wrongly delivered and badly installed product
Communication amongst the employees seems to be almost non existent. The office personnel don't have a clue as to what is going on. Just frustrating and very time consuming dealing with any of them. Save your time and money and have someone else do the work!
